The shuttle took us to the party and when we got back we were going to heat up some pizza and there was no microwave. We told the front desk and they said someone must have stole it. We also could never get the light on above the hot tub. December 12, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by I'm tired Cleanliness was top notch but I experienced a few other bumps along the road. Was give the wrong keys and walked in on someone and I'm not sure what quite else they could have done except apologize but they apologized through the nose the the man I walked in on who didn't even notice. The overall experience was terribly terribly awkward.... Then after being told the room that had originally been booked for me was taken and that he wasn't even supposed to be there they put me at the end of the hall next to the housekeeping supplies which was not good for getting work done during the day. It sounded like someone was having a party with pots and pans and shoving them everywhere on the wall. The guest booklet inside the room was completely outdated, the channel list especially. Breakfast was good, the average of what you would see at an Express. They seem to have a lot of new staff, and some apathetic staff. I got the general feeling that the guy setting up breakfast was the happiest employee there. If you're hungry get Tacos el Norte next to you on the right! I thought being in a hotel in a plaza was weird at first but then I liked it because you are close to literally everything. Also, little to NO recognition for being a member! November 10, 2014
