Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 A nice place to stay
The staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful.
The fitness room was too hot, but the front desk manager responded immediately to resolve the situation. Still, a box fan would be a welcome addition to provide cooling while one exercises.
Overall, the stay was exceptional, although two areas could be improved:
1) Breakfast hot food was limited if you don't eat sausage. A bit more variety there would be nice (Don't put meat in virtually everything).
2) Compared to other hotels in this brand, this hotel has walls that transmit more noise from adjacent rooms than usual. The next time this place is remodeled, additional sound proofing would be helpful. (And more electrical outlets!)

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ColoradoKat23 Clean and Comfortable
As with most Holiday Inn Express hotels, my stay was just fine. The room looked great - it looked updated, was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. Everything that you could ask for in a hotel is here. The only negative is bathroom lighting. The fixtures are pretty but does not do the trick for good lighting. Also, whomever is putting out food for breakfast could have done a better job - some of the pans were empty much of the time, but there was quite a lot to choose from. Those are my main complaints - nothing major. I also have a word of caution. I was with a group, and one of the rooms in our group was charged the wrong amount, so check your receipt. Otherwise we had a great stay at this hotel. I would recommend this property, and would stay here again.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Sleepless in Lake Zurich Uncomfortable beds
We stayed overnight and found that both queen beds sagged a lot. The sofa sleeper was dirty and uncomfortable - no one could sleep there at all. I ended up dozing off in a chair. The bathroom was clean except for the tub area, which had mold.
