Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel Hotel was very nice, rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, and breakfast was sufficient - nothing amazing (but again staff was great). The lobby was nicely decorated for the holidays. Our only complaint was our specific request for adjoining rooms since we were traveling with our children which we made months in advance wasn't honored. Price also seemed high. Overall, however, we were well pleased with the accommodations. December 8, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean property,comfortable bed but poor noise insulation Somebody needs to fix the noise and vibration felt when doors of rooms down the corridor are shut. I have stayed here three times and some rooms are better insulated for sound. My last stay in room 120 was very poorly insulated for sound. The breakfast spread is good, the staff is friendly and polite. Bathrooms and rooms are clean. Property is well maintained, close proximity to restaurants, universities , shopping. Fitness room is also very clean. Housekeeping staff do a good job. Only if something can be done about the door shutting noises from other rooms and the tremor/ vibration felt is very disturbing especially when you are sleeping. November 24, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by not best stay Desk lady kind of snippy at check in,was not recognized as a club member at all,had to ask about a upgrade and was put from two beds to a king,could have booked that myself.Have to let everyone have a bad day i guess.This ruined the stay. November 23, 2014
