Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by very bad service from check in all the way up to manager i checked in and it took about 45 minutes to check in due to they didn't know the system my bill was wrong and they were to fix it and emaill it and when i reseved it it was still wrong so on the next visit (the next week) i stayed at the hotel and ask for them to fix the the bill and they said they would and when i checked out that bill had all kinds of charges on it so i ask again for them to be fixed and it has been a week and i sent them an e mail two days ago and i called this morning and they said again it would be fixed to day so i clled this afternoon and ask if thay had them completed and the manager had left . this is getting to be a issue i have stayed at many halliday inn hotels in the last 7 years and this is the only one that made me want to change hotels. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Pet problems Another guest had a dog on the 3rd floor that barked quite a bit in the morning. Called the front desk and was informed there should not be any pets on the 3rd floor, pets were suppose to be in 1st floor rooms according to the front desk. Problem was not corrected as the dog was barking again the next morning. Having a dog barking and waking you up in the morning is not my idea of a quiet & peaceful stay. January 31, 2013
