I reserved a handicapped room but was given the last remaining room that was not handicapped equipped. You guys need to communicate with the online site and let them know your inventory or stop using them all together. October 1, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, comfortable and great staff We stopped here on our way from Texas to Wyoming and on the way back because we were so pleased with the room. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the noise levels were not a problem because we couldn't hear anything other then the TV in our room. The comp. breakfast was very good and it saves you the time from having to stop somewhere to eat. I would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn Express to everyone. Thanks for your hospitality. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice clean room but service was less than adequate We checked in late after a full day and then a 6 hour drive. Just wanted to relax and watch the news and check the weather for our final destination. Beds were comfortable, but our TV had no sound. I called the desk and they told me to push a couple different buttons. That didn't work. I called back. They told me to unplug and replug all connections. That took much effort and both of us holding devices and reconnecting wires (We are 60+). We still had no sound. I called again and let the desk phone ring several times with no answer. No one ever called back to see if it worked. We gave up. On check out, we told the clerk about the TV issue and he stared blankly at us. No apology, no bill adjustment... nothing..... This hotel was more expensive than others in the area, and we expected better for it. It is not worth the extra money because of the lack of service. There was also no way to make the fan run on the A/C unit continuously to drown out noise and keep air circulating, so if you need that, look elsewhere. You can find other hotels in town for less that would offer the same quality as this one. Save the extra money. September 18, 2013

Located near many fast food restaurants, so picking up a meal after check in is easy and quick. The staff was friendly and professional and it was a relaxing stay on our long drive back home. We would stay again and recommend this hotel to our friends. July 24, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The best in Lamar Cookies when you arrive, good restaurant recommendations and nice sized rooms welcomed us after a long day of driving. Breakfast was the usual--undrinkable coffee but a nice selection of hot breakfast choices. A bit disappointed that no yogurt was available. The room was great, second floor near the parking lot for easy access and far from the noisy elevators and ice machine. June 9, 2013

The morning before the group I was with left (we were on 5 Harley's) your staff found us some old towels we could use to wipe down our bikes. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by very bad service from check in all the way up to manager i checked in and it took about 45 minutes to check in due to they didn't know the system my bill was wrong and they were to fix it and emaill it and when i reseved it it was still wrong so on the next visit (the next week) i stayed at the hotel and ask for them to fix the the bill and they said they would and when i checked out that bill had all kinds of charges on it so i ask again for them to be fixed and it has been a week and i sent them an e mail two days ago and i called this morning and they said again it would be fixed to day so i clled this afternoon and ask if thay had them completed and the manager had left . this is getting to be a issue i have stayed at many halliday inn hotels in the last 7 years and this is the only one that made me want to change hotels. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Pet problems Another guest had a dog on the 3rd floor that barked quite a bit in the morning. Called the front desk and was informed there should not be any pets on the 3rd floor, pets were suppose to be in 1st floor rooms according to the front desk. Problem was not corrected as the dog was barking again the next morning. Having a dog barking and waking you up in the morning is not my idea of a quiet & peaceful stay. January 31, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The Little Things Do Matter The rating for "Service" would have been a 5 instead of 2 had a small, but important, item not been allowed to expire--Wi-Fi Availability. I stay at only locations with Wi-Fi service. Because I use it extensively, it's a burden and frustration when it's supposed to be available and isn't. On the last morning of my 4-night stay, it wasn't available when I needed it to plan my days route, to check winter weather conditions, to find local resources and to notify family and friends, by email, of my travel plans. When I notified the front desk to complain, the young man was very apologetic and explained that the password had expired overnight and could not be reset until the manager arrived. I agree this is a small item, but to many, it's an absolute necessity. For some it's required; therefore, there should never be a time when the Wi-Fi password expires without being reset immediately. I'm positive I'm not the only customer who was inconvenienced by not having Wi-Fi availability that morning. It was unfortunate that this small experience left a bad taste towards this location for an otherwise pleasant experience. January 2, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Customer service was the worst I ever experience I am a platinum member and stay with Holiday Inns all the time. It started with the reservation that I made for 3 night, when I arrived they did not have record of it, then refuused to give me a corp. rate, then the next morning checked me out. / Still needing 2 more nights. I wrote a note to the manager. I did get an appology letter. No other compensation what so ever. I am done with this location. Everytime I have stayed there, have had problems. December 6, 2012
