Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel, pet friendly Arrived later than expected, but staff was glad to see us and our dog. More than reasonable pet fee for our bearded collie. Comfortable and clean room. The breakfast was the HI Express standard. Again a friendly staff member saw us off on our way the next morning. Would definitely stay at this property again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious room with comfortable bed We were traveling with our new to us small rescue dog. The front desk people were great about accommodating us and not sticking us in a room that had obviously been set-aside for pet owners. It was clean and smelled fresh. Because of our pet we chose to eat in the room. There was a table with 2 chairs, so neither of us had to sit on the bed. The room was well maintained and up to date. I hate hotel rooms with those nasty synthetic printed quilted bedspreads that reek of hardly ever being washed. This room had a more updated; clean feeling white sheet/duvet cover that just felt fresh like the rest of the furnishings and decorations including the carpet. It was more expensive by a bit than what I would have liked to have spent for an overnight stop en route to elsewhere, but I would do it again for the professionalism and to not have to put my shoes on to walk from the bed to the bathroom. (PS: Our dog was respectful and did not bother anyone and did not mess up the room.) June 24, 2015

As a paying customer I expect a certain standard and not to wait an hour to check-in. When these expectations were not met, it was everyone else's fault but the hotel staff. June 24, 2015
