Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious room with comfortable bed We were traveling with our new to us small rescue dog. The front desk people were great about accommodating us and not sticking us in a room that had obviously been set-aside for pet owners. It was clean and smelled fresh. Because of our pet we chose to eat in the room. There was a table with 2 chairs, so neither of us had to sit on the bed. The room was well maintained and up to date. I hate hotel rooms with those nasty synthetic printed quilted bedspreads that reek of hardly ever being washed. This room had a more updated; clean feeling white sheet/duvet cover that just felt fresh like the rest of the furnishings and decorations including the carpet. It was more expensive by a bit than what I would have liked to have spent for an overnight stop en route to elsewhere, but I would do it again for the professionalism and to not have to put my shoes on to walk from the bed to the bathroom. (PS: Our dog was respectful and did not bother anyone and did not mess up the room.) June 24, 2015

As a paying customer I expect a certain standard and not to wait an hour to check-in. When these expectations were not met, it was everyone else's fault but the hotel staff. June 24, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Breakfast Staff The hotel was great but we had a situation one night where they had placed a wedding party on our floor. Apparently the wedding party was continuing in the room right next to ours. It was like having a nightclub next to us. They were loud with doors banging and drinking until our second complaint to the front desk at 1:30 in the morning. Since the room they were in had a connecting door with ours while they were partying they were also smoking in a non smoking hotel. The smell waifting into our room from under the connecting door was atrocious. It's my understanding that we weren't the only ones annoyed by this group. For the safety and satisfaction of all hotel guests, the hotel staff needed to Inforce the hotel's rules and regulations. Had that occurred we would have had a decent nights sleep that evening. On the plus side Jackie who handles breakfast did a fantastic job. She should be commended. June 18, 2015

Having made our reservation several weeks ahead we were concerned that our reservation may have changed, but the staff was very courteous and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.The room was very clean and the breakfast was exceptional. He assisted me earlier in the day by phone by applying the discounts we were eligible for our room rates. And later that evening, as we returned from an event, allowed us to use the breakfast area for our take out food. Great eveing! June 10, 2015
