Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing service and great room This hotel's best feature is the staff. Everyone was friendly and accomodating. We had 3 rooms with 3 different check ins and requests, and everything was handled efficiently. The rooms are also up to date and clean. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are in the area. September 30, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by clean and friendly I found the hotel clean and fresh and the staff made for a very easy check in. The breakfast was excellent with many choices including my favorite biscuits and gravy. The bed was a little soft for my liking but the comfort of the rest of the stay way over rode the softness of the bed. I would recommend this HIE to others. September 29, 2015

I'm a tall guy but the queen bed was big enough and very comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive. They made me feel welcome. September 26, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great friendly staff The staff was all really helpful and provided us umbrellas when it started raining unexpectedly, let me borrow scissors, and was overall just really friendly and welcoming. The only small issue was that although the room was a non-smoking room, you could tell that at one point smoking probably occurred in there because of the smell. Otherwise it was clean and worked well for our needs. September 22, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Sorry, not up to par The staff was very nice here, but the place smelled of smoke, the breakfast food was stale and almost inedible, and our room was cool enough, but very humid. Also, we were unable to access the internet (despite the code), but fortunately, we were too exhausted (after a concert) to care. We wanted to like this place; we stay at HIE all the time, but we won't be staying here again. September 21, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Summary 1. This survey has way too many questions and is a deterrent to completion. 2. We had about $1,500,000 in automobiles parked in your lot overnight. It would have been nice to have had some sort of external security. As it was, we took short shifts to walk the lot. 3. This hotel is in Buckeye country which carries The Ohio State football games, yet you do not receive the Big Ten Network so that the Saturday games can be watched. Might consider that becasue your neighboring hotel does. September 16, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by friendly, accommodating staff Ask for first floor and got it. First room air conditioner trouble and musty smell. Second room was perfect. Got extra towels for my two granddaughters and their long hair. Desk clerk very accommodating. Indoor pool nice and warm. Free pancakes after swim was nice. Nice stay. September 6, 2015
