Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor customer service I made reservation was told they were for this location, get there was told I don't have reservations at this Holiday Inn, desk clerk did call to see if we had at other Holiday Inn, they said yes, I tried to explain that when I made my reservation they gave me the Rockvale address. She wasn't listening to what I was saying. We asked if this hotel had reservations, she didn't answer, it's like we were interrupting her. I left called the reservation number to change my reservation to this hotel. Went back in gave her the reservation number, again feeling like we were interrupting desk clerk. Not very sound proof, a lot of noice in hall walls late at nite and early morning. When cleaning please move the chairs in the rooms, and run sweeper. I dropped something it went under chair there was nuts and dirt there. July 21, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Rockvale Outlets You can't beat the location of the hotel, it's located right in the parking lot of the Rockvale Outlets. Room was spacious, roomy and well appointed. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided had a good selection of items. They were always refilling the selections, so nothing was ever out. We did ask for a first floor room (my husband is handicapped), they were all booked, so were given a room on second floor (they do have an elevator - so no problem getting to other floor. We were given the room across from elevator and stairs. I would not request this room again, as you hear noise all day and night with people waiting for elevator (guess they don't realize guests could be sleeping.....), also being by the stairs people would talk as they were walking up and down the stairs, again, disturbing you. As the hotel was full, we couldn't change room. Would I stay here again - yes, but in a different location. July 15, 2014
