El registro de entrada fue rapido y sugirio opciones mas economicas para los clientes. Los ambientes captan la atencion por la limpieza y diseno. Para ser un hotel de 3 pisos, la dimension de los espacios son grandes y con buen aroma. Definitivamente recomiendo este hotel y volvere a alojarme aqui en le futuro. June 2, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not much to choose from in Lancaster There are not many hotels to choose from so I stay here quite often. The last 3 times have been not so great. Twice there were Soccer events so the kids were every where and the staff nor parents tried to control them. I must say that one of the times the staff did a much better job at their attempts and I wish I knew the 2 ladies name as they really did all they could. Seems like when I book and the young man is on duty, it's not so great of an experience. On this particular time, I booked online. Got to the hotel and he put me in an accessible room. I asked to be switched because I have a bad back and knee and the bed along with everything else was low. I didn't book an accessible room. He was reluctant, then told me he would switch me but I had to pay price difference cuz there were no more rooms. Came downstairs and there was a young lady just starting to check in with 2 small kids (but there were no more rooms). Paid the additional cost went to new room and the bathroom had hair still on sink and a ring in the tub. Tub was still wet like someone had just used it. Asked for firm pillows and all were soft. Just not a good time. Did complain to the young man but nothing happened, not even a phone call. I will say that I stay here quite often and when I stay here with my friend who is a Gold Elite member, we rarely have issues. When we do they take care of at no cost. Guess all money isn't the same here, its the membership and points that they respect. How can I get to that status if you make me not want to spend my money with you. Have an event that I'm staying here for again today but if it goes bad I will just start staying in Palmdale and driving in. May 14, 2016
