If Robby is an example of the special type of people working at this hotel, I will be back again. I travel for business all through Wyoming and this was some of the best service I have experienced. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by overnight stay My stay the first night was nice, good room on the 3rd floor. Upon my return I was put on the first floor, the room smelled like a wet dog, the floor was dirty the bathroom floor was sticky the remote to the TV didn't work and it was very loud with people coming and going. Unless i can request the room i had for the first night I won't stay again. June 30, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience! I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express when traveling in Central Wyoming. Everything about the hotel is beautiful, comfortable and convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed the staff, our suite, and the surroundings in Lander. You can even bring your dog along. Beautiful grounds with nearby walking trails and gorgeous mountain views. We will definitely be back. Thanks to the wonderful staff for making our stay so pleasant. If you have a chance while there, take the drive up to Sinks Canyon State Park and the Shoshone National Forest---amazing sights. We love Wyoming! June 25, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lander in june I stayed at this property for 1 week for business. it is really the best option in the area. clean and rather new appearing. good staff in general -except with the usual issue with housekeeping on getting the room serviced. if you are on business and need to use the room during the day (especially mid am) it is a drag to coordinate with the housekeeping crew - this is becoming more and more true across hotels. you cannot count of vacating at a predictable time to allow servicing - even when you notify the staff you are leaving to allow them into the room. it sometimes seems you are working for them. not sure why you would pay for a service like this and then need to arrange and make sure it is done at this level. also, the issue with putting a sign on the door if you want linens changed - this is a major shift. It used to be you put the placard on the bed you did not want linens changed - now it is a sign to post on the door if you do! this is not pointed out - so, it takes a few days before your notice that the sheets are not being changed!! annoying. otherwise, it was solid and clean. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location, comfortable, great breakfast choices This location is very near downtown but away from noise. Next door to Safeway Grocery store and gas station. 2 blocks from Department store. Staff were very friendly and helpful, giving great dinning suggestions. We were there in Lander for a cycling event and ask for (and received) rags to clean our bikes. The Breakfast selections were extensive including scrambled eggs, muffins, bacon, even a machine that made pancakes on the spot. Lots of juice and coffee choices. BBQ Grill provided out back if you wanted to grill dinner. Highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express. June 18, 2014
