I called the front desk and was informed that I needed to request room services on multi night visits. This is a nice place although requesting clean towels un -accecptable. April 17, 2013

My room was above the hotel laundry area and although I complained of the washer running through cycles all night long, I was told 'oh sorry. they are not supposed to do that.' Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by One thing wrong. I absolutely love this hotel! We stay there every time we are in town. My self personally and all at my work. I was really disappointed that my alarm didn't go off. I called down and asked for a wake up call and did not receive it. :-( I will still stay here because no person or company are perfect no matter how hard we try and I just love this hotel! .
