Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by not up to HIE usual standards First thing I noticed when we got to our room were the bad stains on the carpet. The bedding and bed skirts looked like they had been rolled in a ball when wet and allowed to dry that way - extremely wrinkled. When I went to get my bath, there was a bad rip in the permanent bath mat - very uncomfortable. When we went to leave we had to wait for three elevators to come and go as they were being used by staff to move furniture. This is not what we expect when we stay at a HIE. March 18, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Construction nusiance The rooms looked great with the remodel And the staff is always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my sleep in the morning was disturbed from construction on the floor above starting at about 7am. A lot of banging around and drilling. It wasn't very relaxing. Upon leaving the room, we waited for the elevator. After about 5 minutes, one of the staff said that it was taking so long because the construction workers were using it. This prompted the use of the stairs where we encountered a lot of construction equipment at the bottom of the stairwell that we had to climb around. This was frustrating because we had large luggage. I really enjoy this hotel, but this last experience left a bad taste in my mouth. March 12, 2015

But renovations and winter weather made our stay less than great. The woman at the desk on Sunday invited me to use her computer, which was really kind and helpful. The man had not offered that. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff and I love the new renovations The staff shows a genuine dedication to there guests. Management team shows a leading example of what a great stay should be like. The hotel is under renovations and the staff and the General Manager Jose Delgado exceeded my expectations. As a new member to IHG I am very happy I choose this hotel I will return again. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Staff but Under Construction The staff are very nice. breakfast is good and it was quite quiet for sleeping. Unfortunately, however, the website did not indicate that the hotel was under construction. The entire first floor is under construction including the gym. One of the main reasons that I booked this hotel was because of the gym as I was working in Trenton and it is winter. If you stay, please call the hotel beforehand as the website does not indicate that the facility is under construction. March 4, 2015
