staff were friendly and helpful.
recently updated comfortable clean room with very comfortable beds.
pool, fitness room, sauna, and business centre were well appreciated, as well as the surprising amount of breakfast choices.
I would definately stay here again and would also recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We've stayed at this particular hotel before and we like it. It's close to a variety of great restaurants and we are nearby the activity we visit the area for. This visit was not as good as some in the past. The was a hockey tournament on in the area so the hotel was packed with lots of young kids and there coaches, chaperones and parents. It was noisy but what can you do. I don't have a big issue with something like that. What I was very disappointed in was the absolutely pathetic Internet access. I could barely get a signal and it was virtually useless. Perhaps our room was in a poor location in the hotel? The other issue was the very sluggish bathroom sink drainage. Both these issues can be addressed and I hope they are.
I still like the hotel and will likely return.

I have stayed here for long periods over the last three months the staff and the holiday inn management are great. The hotel has a good breakfast about after three months even I had to go out, the kitchen staff brought me tomatoes from home, just so helpful. The highway is right beside you never heard the noise of traffic . If there was a con it is the inconsiderate parents of the kids in the hotel, sport team do book the holiday inn however coaches and parents need to be respectful of the other people in the hotel. Great location for eating dozens of top restaurants in the area sharks club and keg just to name a couple. Front desk staff will help you with direction. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

First time at the Langley HI and was pleasantly surprised.. Room was great, access to Vancouver was easy, many places to eat quite close. Only suggestion, breakfast needed some potatoes or something for the gluten sensitive.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST HOLIDAY INN'S WE HAVE STAYED IN. THE CHECK IN WAS EXTREMELY SMOOTH AND THE LADIES WERE EXCEPTIONAL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. DINING AREA WAS SPACIOUS AND THE FOOD EXCELLENT. THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL STAY

Always a great stay. The beds are soooo comfortable and the choice of pillows is excellent. I can really relax when I set foot in my room. Very quiet hotel and super staff , breakfast, and pool. It's nice to go where I don't have to think about anything!

Wow....great service and nice amenities. Very comfy and clean. Glass tabletops, HD television, wired Internet (fast!), and a chair that puts me at the right height to type on my computer. Definitely, I will be returning here. Lots of good restaurants and shops within walking distance.

I would come back to this hotel again and again because of their staff and service (and the pancake machine!). The property itself is in great condition and I was told that they were recently renovated. The fitness room is a bit small but does the job. On the other hand the guest rooms are very spacious. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Langley.
