We stay here a few times a year and the hotel and staff have always been consistent with their warm inviting service and maintaining the clean safe grounds. We feel safe and secure no matter what time we come and go. This location is very easy and central to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. February 2, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good view and Service Room had a great view of mountains. Not too many choices to watch the TV channels. Bathtub foot warmer was little broken, Room closet was off the rail, no variety in breakfast and same choice every day for 11 days. Swimming pool was little cold, bulb was not working in Sauna room, Steam room was not very clean, Washroom towel bar was broken. But overall my stay was good. January 6, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by free room on Points I booked this room on my IHG reward points. I requested an upgrade to a fireplace room but that was unavailable so I was upgraded to a Jacuzzi tub room. There was $40.00 charge for the upgrade. The room was old and outdated in my opinion and the screen for the window was falling off. Overall not an appealing room at all. In the morning the next day I decided I would try the Jacuzzi tub as my back was sore. I had to crawl on my hands and knees to reach the plug which fell apart and did not work properly. When I turned the water on I was disgusted as filthy green-brown water started to fill the tub. I pulled the plug and after the water all drained out there was a ring of dirt along all the contours of the tub where the water had reached. I will give the hotel credit as I was not charged the $40.00 upgrade fee after telling the front desk about the situation. If this room is what I get as a reward for being a loyal member then "No Thanks!" January 5, 2016
