Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed with Holiday Inn Starting with the room - bed was comfortable, bathroom clean but the temperature (too hot) was awful. Turned the heat off completely but still had to open the window. Breakfast - please take "make your own pancakes" off your website. Machine was broken our entire visit. I noticed on a review from the week before that it was broken then as well. Perhaps just remove the machine and sign instead of implying it's a temporary situation. Eggs were overcooked. Bacon too greasy. Thank goodness for the cinnamon rolls and cold cereal. Front desk- Must run on its own. Rarely (and I mean rarely) was there anyone in place. Internet service - spotty at best. Also, please don't be rude when I call the front desk to ask if the password has changed. When I checked in, reception had me join the rewards club, however based on this visit, not sure if this hotel or its affiliates is a place I would stay again. January 1, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Kal_el1 The front desk is frequently unattended. The desk clerk will post a sign that he(she) is away and it is up to the guest to locate the clerk. You can call, but there is no readily available phone. This is one of the biggest turn offs of many this hotel has. The equipment in the fitness center is worn out and needs to be replaced. The treadmill is extremely noisy and wobbly. The "Hot tub" was warm and the jets partially clogged. Breakfast is poor to say the least. The pancake machine is broken for the second week of my stay. The omlets are just warmed up and most of the time not even fully cooked. The muffins, juice, pastries, and bread are all stale. No choices to speak of. The manager arrives sometime after 8:30 and leaves about 3; after guests typically depart and before the begin to check in. The worst managed hotel I have stayed in. The hotel could use a refresh and maintenance. The internet was incredible slow, the desktop in the business center had outdated software that I couldn't even use. Windows XP is at least 7 years old. I wasn't able to access my business account in the hotel. Trash in the parking area and no one seemed to care. The manager was nowhere to be found the morning of a weekday. Again, the worst hotel experience I have had. Two weeks of problems at this property. Will not return. December 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Courtious staff, comfortable stay, good location The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was great. Wifi signal was a bit weak in my room and I had trouble using it while in bed but worked in other parts of my room and the hotel. Heater auto setting made the heater always on even after adjusting thermostat, had to turn it off before going to sleep. December 12, 2014
