Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay I actually put my parents in the Holiday Inn Express during their visit. They enjoy this hotel and this is now the second time I've used it for them while visiting. The hotel is very nice and the staff is great. The rooms are very comfortable and have plenty of space, which is convenient for visiting grandchildren. The staff was great and very accommodating. We used the breakfast area in the evening to gather with family and the staff on shift offered to get cups/plates/napkins or anything else we may have needed. Cookies and fruit were put out and the coffee was always fresh. I will definitely place any family visiting in this hotel. Thank you. October 14, 2014

Breakfast is pretty good, but not fresh cooked (except using the pancake maker!). Air conditioning system is pretty noisy. Great water pressure in the shower. October 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and enjoyable stay I've been staying at this location for travel over the past 3 years. I've always been greeted with a friendly team member. When leaving for work in the morning, I'm greeted with "Have a nice day". When returning from a day of work, I am asked how my day went or is going. When returning from dinner, I'm asked how my dinner was or how my evening went. I've recommended this location to several co-workers for their travel needs and they have been very pleased as well and continue to utilize this location. September 23, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poorly managed hotel and bad customer service The front desk is frequently unattended. The desk clerk will post a sign that he(she) is away and it is up to the guest to locate the clerk. You essentially have to call in a loud voice to get the clerk to come out from the back to check you in or assist with anything. I have never experienced a hotel with this sort of management style. The equipment in the fitness center is worn out and needs to be replaced. The treadmill is extremely noisy and wobbly. Really, how much money would it be to replace it? Finally, maintenance is poor. They do not change the batteries in their emergency equipment (smoke detector) seasonally. The smoke detector went off. I pulled out the battery and it continued to beep. I had to flee the hotel because I could no longer use the room for the work I expected to do in the morning of my stay. The manager was nowhere to be found the morning of a weekday. I left a detailed note asking to be called to discuss the issues but she never did call. I like Holiday Inn but this property really hurts the brand. September 19, 2014
