Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Courtious staff, comfortable stay, good location The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was great. Wifi signal was a bit weak in my room and I had trouble using it while in bed but worked in other parts of my room and the hotel. Heater auto setting made the heater always on even after adjusting thermostat, had to turn it off before going to sleep. December 12, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast We have been staying Holiday Inn Express hotels for the past 20 years and this hotel had the worst breakfast offerings that I have ever seen. There were no bagels, fruit juices were stale, sausages were not even browned, just lukewarm and hard boiled eggs were sitting in an inch of off-colored water. December 5, 2014

The room was suitable and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was close to where my business was and was convenient to find and get in and of traffic. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First time, good time We chose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express because it was very close to the university where our conference was being held. Most of our travel is university related and we end up in hotels where the meeting or conference is being held. For this reason we hadn't stayed at an HI Express for awhile, and we were pleasantly surprised! Clean, comfortable, and inviting was our initial impression, and things improved throughout our overnight stay. It's close to good restaurants, has a great hot breakfast, and the beds and pillows match much more expensive rooms for comfort. We had never been to Leavenworth before, and this hotel made our first visit very pleasant. November 17, 2014
