Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Somebody open my door in the middle of the night I really like this hotel but I had a bad experience this time, somebody open my door at 3:11am. I was scared to death. I was by myself. I did not feel safe anymore and I could not go back to sleep. The next morning I mentioned the problem to the person in the front desk and she just said that it was her fault that she gave my room to somebody else. She said she was sorry but she should have called me to apologize instead of me bringing it up. Then I went back to my room and I could not get back in. My key card did not work anymore (I guess she disabled my card when she gave my room to somebody else). I went back to tell her I could not get back into my room and no apologies. She just asked me how many more nights I will be staying. You really need to train your personal better. At this point I lost my sense of security so I do not know if I will come back. March 28, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Area The cost was a little higher than others in the area, but I really liked the location. A little secluded, but still very close distance to restaurants and shopping. Just bring your own pillow. Other than the pillow and a little confusion about when checkout was, it was a really nice place to stay. I would stay again. March 17, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good experience for us! I am a platinum member and was suppose to get a free room upgrade. We were placed in a room that only had a shower--no bathtub and the shower door was very junky! They called the phone before 11 am and woke us up from a dead sleep to ask us when we were going to leave! We did not get to check in until after 3 am so you can just imagine this was not good! The maids were banging on the door and very loud in the halls! We wont stay at this location in the future. They refused to reward my welcome bonus points to my account so I finally got the rewards rep by phone to adjust my rewards account the 500 points manually. March 16, 2015
