VERY hard beds. Unusual for a Holiday Inn Express. I cannot recommend this hotel.

For the past 5 years I have always stayed at this hotel because it is always clean, comfortable and feels very safe. The same daytime staff has been here for 5 years and they always greet me by name and make me feel welcome.

My room directly faced the large neon sign preventing good sleep. The curtains will not close enough to completely block this extremely bright sign. The staff did provide some pins to close the curtains further and offered to move me. My bill was not accurate, I confirmed the govt rate before checking in, but the paperwork showed a higher rate and I didn't notice it. I was going on the verbal confirmation from the check in clerk and stayed there two weeks with a bill that was higher. The manager would not correct it. Fortunately my company did reimburse me. Breakfast was fine for a few days but became mundane after two weeks of the same food options. These are my most critical remarks, other than that everything else was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very pleasant hotel, great pool and generally clean and pleasant. Broken metal chair by pool (only one side connected, other side weld had broken) was not fixed after I reported it six months ago at previous visit. Room very clean and well appointed but air conditioning unit was so loud when it kicked on that the tv couldn't be heard.

Not satisfied with the cost or the room. When discussed with the person at the desk she would not relent and give us the gov rate which Holiday as always given to us. I did not get the manager or become angry but told her I would be contacting Holiday about this matter.

Whenever I travel throughout the US, I always try to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. I consider this Motel among the best for the service it provides.....I also consider the granting of Government Rates for those of the military, and usually seek that before booking at any Hie. I also try to remember to ask for disabled consideration in asking for a 1st floor room, and normally receive it. I appreciate this.
