Everything about this hotel was enjoyable. The eating area was very clean. Even as guests hade breakfast and left the hotel staff was there to clean up left overs. Upon entering the hotel, I was overwhelmed by an overpowering air freshener. Each time we left or returned to the hotel we had to walk through this smell. Some folks are sensitive to these smells. Would be better if you used less or no air freshener a at all

ENJOYED MY STAY WITH YOUR HOTEL WHILE I WAS ON BUSINESS IN LAS CRUCES. THE HOTEL WAS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED AND MATCHED THE LOCATION TO THE CITY..I HOPE TO RETURN TO YOUR HOTEL IN THE FUTURE.

Rooms were very comfortable, and had a microwave and mini fridge. Only downfall was hearing the train come through a few times, but I forgot my sound machine which usually covers outside noise. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too.

This was the second time that I stayed at this hotel. It is very well kept up, in a convenient location to I-10, and has a good breakfast selection. If I am traveling through the area again, I would certainly stay there.

We were very happy with this Holiday Inn Express. For whatever reason we were upgraded to a King Suite which was a very nice surprise after almost 10 hours on the road. The furnishings were comfortable we were able to relax and rest for our next days long drive.

The staff at this hotel is one of the best I have encountered. The gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant and funny. He recommended a great Mexican restaurant. He was cracking jokes and making us laugh the entire time we were here. We go to check out the next day and he was still there bright eyed and bushy tailed still cracking jokes. I will never forget this hotel and that mexican restaurant.

We got there 30 min early and weren't allowed to us check in. Came back 1 1/2 hours later, check in, go to our room and it hasn't been cleaned yet. So after another 30 min with a screaming baby they put us in an entirely different room. Then some kids had a party for about an hour in the next room over and not much was done. We did not enjoy our stay and will not be returning. No discounts or anything was offered for all our trouble. Could be a nice hotel but seems to be poorly managed.

When I'm traveling in new places, Holiday Inn Expresses are one of the first hotels I look for due to the fact that I haven't had a bad experience in them. The value one gets for money spent isn't necessarily the best, but I feel like it is worth it to pay a few extra dollars to not have to worry about the quality of lodging.
That being said, this hotel met these expectations of mine. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was decent. Room noise was almost nonexistent and the bed was very comfortable.
I would stay here again if I find myself back in Las Cruces.

We lucked out and booked a room at this hotel, We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel.
We walked in and the hotel smelled very clean, the front desk clerk was busy but he got to us rather quickly. The smile never left his face as he was clearly overwhelmed with guests. He took time with every single one to answer any questions or recommend dinner. He was gracious enough to even print out directions for us, even with a line behind us.
We got to the room and it was far more than what we had expected. Quiet, Clean, and Comfortable.
The breakfast the next day was very nice, and so were the attendants.
We loved our stay that we even extended for another night.

We have stayed at numerous Holiday Inns and Expresses throughout our trip and this one by far is the best.
The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.
We had a great time, we will be back through and we already booked our reservation.

The room was great. I was shocked at the breakfast. I could not find a microwave to heat up my bagel so it was not very good. I walked into the dining area about 30 minutes before closing and the employee was already taking things up. I would have thought that they would not clean up until the 9:30 closing time. Might have had a better selection if I showed up when it first opened.

We absolutely loved our stay with this Holiday Inn Express. The staff was very helpful in recommending a restaurant. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were great. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast attendants were very friendly. We will be back.

About 9pm the air conditioner starts to blows warm air for a while then in the middle of the night it completely goes out. I call the front desk to report it, the lady says nothing except that she will put in a work order for it and that's it. She did not offer to move us or lower the cost of our room. We were so upset but tried to just go to sleep with the window open. It is in the middle of the desert and it is warm outside so there was no real relief. When we get up at 6 am there is a envelope under the door with our receipt of payment. No note saying sorry for the inconvenience or anything. When we check out at the front desk that morning, we mention the problem to the desk clerk and he says he will look in the log book to see if the call was reported. He looks, then says, yes it was reported, and that is it. No apologies not empathy nothing. We tell him that we thought that it was rude that not 1 person cared about the situation and he shrugged his shoulders and said.... "well we are sorry" and that was it. We will never stay at this location ever again when we travel though Las Cruces. We will stay at a different hotel. We have stayed at many HI locations and this is the rudest and most uncaring hotels of this brand.

I can't say enough about how awesome everything was in Las Cruces. In the past, I have always dreaded staying in Las Cruces, But now with the H Iexpress, I can honestly say I am looking forward to returning. You all rock!!!!

Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this lovely area. The bed was comfy and the food was tasty. This was our second stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Las Cruces and intend to return when occasion arises.

We were very pleased with our stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The building is several years old and still looks like it just opened. The front desk were extremely friendly. They gave us great restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was very good and the attendants were very friendly.
