Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, comfortable rooms, great service. I would definitely stay at the Las Vegas, Nellis, NV Holiday Inn express again. I was provided a comfortable, clean room and the bed was excellent. I was able to sleep better there than any hotel I have stayed in in years (I especially like the different "soft" and "firm" pillows). Thanks for the support! February 25, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect when working on Nellis Rooms are decent, breakfast was good. Staff was very accommodating especially Angie at the front desk! Business center could use a all in one type printer, no scanner was available. Pool was warm, hot-tub was clean. I have several more trips to Nellis scheduled and would definitely stay at this hotel again. February 17, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by over charged and unprepared Arrived and staff were not ready for me. Was woken up in the morning by cleaning staff trying to enter the room at 8 am. Went to check out and staff were again not prepared. Couldn't find me in the computer based on the room or my name. Took 10 min for them to find the reservation to check me out. Was then charged for an extra day after I left the hotel. Worst staff experience I have ever had at a HIE. February 12, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy and dated I am one of the minority in that I am not military but chose to stay at what is essentially an extension of the Nellis military base. Jets were on sorties half the night, the AC did not work, the bed was lumpy and overall the room was very dated. I would not recommend this hotel to those that are not affiliated with the military. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by unpleasant staff member If you do not want to be in the customer service industry then why are you. As a guest you think you would be greeted with a smile and how was you stay thank you for your business. Well not from this guy ( Gary ). Let me tell you a little bit about my experience with Gary. Walk in blank stare on his face, me hi I'm here to check in last name ------- he proceeds to give me my check in paperwork to sign and room key still not one word said, me ok thank you, Gary no response. Another experience with Gary I'm checking out getting a cup of coffee for the road 5am well there is no creamer so I get some and Gary in a very rude stern voice can I help you, me yeah can I use the micro wave to heat this coffee up it's cold, Gary we don't have a micro wave (um yes they do). Me well do you think you could brew a pot of coffee, Gary once again very rude no and breakfast is not served until 630 am. I thought to myself wow why do I stay here and why does Gary choose to be in the customer service industry February 7, 2015
