Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A pleasant experience with friendly people. It is so nice to see people smiling and truly friendly when walking into a hotel. We walked in to check into our room, found exactly the type of room we wanted. We so appreciated the cleanliness and quiet of our room, we could have stayed there for a week just relaxing. I loved the nearly modern look, even though I tend to be more traditional in my choice of decor. The only issues we had were the pillows--they were different and just not comfortable. People are difficult to please, but after seeing other hotels in Las Vegas, the Holiday Inn Express at the Beltway seemed liked a 5-star luxury hotel. We are so glad we found it and will stay there in the future. November 5, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good HI Express As expected for a Holiday Inn Express. Good overall experience. Love the idea of providing "soft" and "hard" pillows labeled on the outside of the Sham. Watch for changes to your itinerary (adding an additional night's stay for some reason increased the first night's cost with an explanation of occupancy driving rates. Makes sense but not when you already had a fixed rate for the first night...)Not a big deal but a little weird... October 25, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Customer Service I have called in to explain the reasoning's for the poor review but would like to add.... There was back customer service and poor oversight on the Management level as well. I gave my number for the management to call me to discuss. Still have yet to receive a call. The night of check in the manager knew of the situation was not fixing it nor an apology given. We will use other facilities but until this is fix we will not return to this one. We frequent hotels with out business it is a shame we have to be selective of which one we can and cannot go to. October 23, 2014
