Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very Poor Sleep Experience We chose this motel because it was the only highly-rated motel on this side of Las Vegas. However, after staying the night we consider it both over-rated and much over-priced. On the positive side, the room was clean, had good wi-fi, was quiet (except for occupants overhead walking around at 530 am), the outdoor pool and hot tub were clean, and a very good breakfast was served by an attentive and cheerful attendant. The area appears to be safe. On the negative side, parking lot lighting was poor, the Business Center was "Out of Order", the bed was like a rock (a flat rock), and the window AC kept turning off every few seconds as we progressively lowered the temperature to nearly 60 to get it cool (and there was no continuous fan setting, making it difficult to sleep with the constant on/off). The pool/hot tub area are oddly on the street side rather than to the rear of the building, and so there is a lot of traffic noise. A warning to those who making reservations: this location has a 48-hour cancellation policy, unusual for a non-resort facility -- and the owner will not flex even 30 minutes from that policy. Overall, a mixed negative experience. We will choose a less convenient location in the future rather than stay here again. August 27, 2015

The eating place next to the hotel had the best $10.00 chicken salad I've ever had.I have already recommended the hotel to one of my fellow employees that stays in Las Vegas a lot. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff; You are fortunate to have an employee working the front desk like Helen. She is a great asset to the hotel and would get up and talk to every guest that walked by. Plus, she helped us with our room switch due to a warm A/C in the first room. Also, the woman working the breakfast was as friendly as can be and greeted and talked to every guest. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay I stayed two nights. I was impressed with this hotel. I certainly would return. Front desk staff were nice, always greeted with a smile. Room was clean. When I first walked in it pleasantly smelled nice with some kind of fragrance/air freshener. Bed was comfortable. A/C unit worked well. Shower has good water pressure. Breakfast was standard 3 star hotel fare, OK but nothing special... yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, pancake maker, muffins, cinnamon rolls, coffee, tea, juice etc. Nice place off the strip with plenty of dining options close by. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and comfortable My traveling companion had medical issues and so we missed our flight home. The hospital she was at for 4 days was about a mile from this Holiday Inn and the hospital recommend it. The man who was there each evening at the desk was so personable and helpful which made my stay even nicer. The breakfast was good and allowed me to have eaten before heading to the hospital each day. The sports bar/restaurant next to the hotel was recommended and I enjoyed my evening meals there. For my vacation I had stayed at the Palazzo and while my room here didn't compare in glitz and size it was just as comfortable and relaxing as the expensive Palazzo. And there was no free breakfast there ;) Thank you for making my unexpected last 4 days at Las Vegas a bit easier. while the information listed says I checked out after a day I actually checked back in for 2 more days due to the length of my relatives hospital stay.
