Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room, great pillows and comfortable bed My stay couldn't have been better except several things that I just took with a grain of salt. 1. There was a 55 mph sand storm and the power was knocked out twice for a total of a little less than an hour. I understand neither the hotel nor the staff could have prevented this and that it all worked out just fine. 2. I asked the front desk to schedule a taxi for 7:15 am the night before. When I awoke and went downstairs the taxi wasn't there and didn't show up for 20 minutes. Being the instructor for the training class I was teaching and knowing I would be late, and after asking the front desk about my taxi or another taxi, I was then informed the hotel could not schedule taxi's the day before. I sure wish someone had told me that the night before. I was late for MY training class. 3. Although I mentioned this earlier, I will have to say that this hotel had some of the nicest and most comfortable pillows I ever experienced in any hotel I've stayed at. Being a product trainer, I stay in fifty plus nights in hotels every year, and most hotels just have the same old flat down pillows. It was really nice to have comfortable pillows for a change. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Close to the Strip This hotel is close to the Strip, has a convenient shuttle that takes you there. The staff was very friendly at check-in. The sink in the room was clogged( I forgot to tell the staff) The shower was amazing!! I am being reimbursed for relocating and asked for a receipt, to which the staff told me at checkout that since the room was prepaid I would not receive a receipt. All of the other HIE I stayed at on my trip provided me a receipt upon my request. April 20, 2015

Kudos to Rob at the Front desk, for his excellent costumer service skills and attentiveness. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that my room didn't have an office chair for the desk, which is good to have when working on my laptop computer. April 19, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Poor service from stafff with power outage. Over all the hotel is average but on my last stay the building lost power for about 1.5 hours from high winds in the area. The staff during the outage where doing there best to help people out. But when checking the staff was very rude and very unprofessional when asked about the outage if they were going to lower the rate or award extra point for the issues. April 18, 2015
