Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Please improve the breakfast The scrambled eggs were really gross and the sausage had gluten. Please provide some gluten free sausage and real eggs at breakfast. The carpet in the hallways should be replaced and the hallways smelled like cigarettes. The shuttle to the casinos was convenient. The lady at the front desk had an upgrade but was unwilling to give it to me. Next time, I will look for another hotel in Las Vegas. June 29, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nick was amazing! Had 3 separate reservations due to rates not being available all at once. First day at check in, lady wasn't so helpful. I showed up before my check in time and asked about early check in. She then says that unfortunately nothings available and no one will be able to check in until 3pm. We arrived at noon and decided to wait until check in time. At around 1pm, people started showing up and checking in. After the 3rd person checked in, I decided to get up, and the response I received was that they still did not have any rooms. I thought it was weird since they had already told me that no check ins until 3pm and they had never asked me for my information. So it bothered me a bit since they did not know ANY of my information! I later checked in at like 3:10pm. Besides that, everything was great! Nick assisted me after my check out with my security deposit and helped me clear it from my bank which I greatly appreciated it! He also helped me out before my check in and assured me that I would stay in the same room the entire stay! Good job Nick! Hotel is in a great spot, away from traffic, they have a shuttle to the strip every half an hour for free! June 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding staff Upon arrival at the Las Vegas south Holiday Inn, I noticed that I had lost my phone upon arrival at the airport. The desk staff went out of their way to assist me. I located the phone at the airport and needed to be there within 30 minutes to pick it up as the information desk was closing. The desk staff called two or three cabs until they located one that could pick me up immediately. As a result, I was able to retrieve my phone. Additionally, when I returned to the hotel they continued to "look after me" as the shuttle brought me to a place I could eat after a long day and picked me up an hour later, right on time. What could have been a disaster on my business trip was averted thank to a very attentive and caring staff. Thank you! June 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clear room, excellent shuttle The room was very comfortable and clean. The blackout curtains kept the bright Las Vegas lights out, which was a blessing. The walls were a little thin, allowing us to hear the television in the next room. Overall, the stay was pleasant. June 24, 2015
