I stay at a lot of Holiday Inn's and I was truly impressed by the staff here. The shuttle to Mandalay Bay is great. It takes some patience as it runs every 30 minutes give or take, but it's way better than the alternatives. It was relatively easy to go back and forth between the Holiday Inn and the convention I attended at Mandalay Bay. December 13, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Seriously needs updating I am a platinum member and stay in Holiday Inn's about 150 or more days a year, 99% of the time without any issue whatsoever. However, this particular inn on Polaris Road is in serious need of updating. My room felt dirty, the lock on the door did not work properly. The tub would not drain and there were other minor issues that you expect in a lesser priced property, but not in a Holiday Inn Express. When I went down for breakfast, it was only about 0800 hours but it was picked-over and the sausage patties had been cut in half (I assume as an extender) and the eggs and sausage gravy appeared to have been watered down. Frankly, it was inedible. I hate to leave a review this poor as my experience at this Holiday Inn is definitely atypical. Usually I am very happy with the rooms and service. This particular property just had a number of issues that should be addressed. December 8, 2014
