Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by nice room and quiet Out of 3 motels that we stayed in recently, yours was the nicest -re: size of room, the toilet height, and it was very quiet. It seems as though many motels have gone to child size toilets, which are very hard for seniors to lower down to. That I do not understand, given that most motel guests are working adults or adults traveling together. Another suggestion is that rooms should have 2 comfortable chairs, not counting the desk chair. Thank you though, for a good experience, staying in the Las Vegas motel. February 27, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Heat and air. TV The heat n air unit did not work properly and the TV was in dis-repair (it had wires hanging from the front of it that we had to rig up to be able to change channels). No maintainance man at the hotel. The breakfast lady was very sweet. January 6, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by IHG gold member status means nothing and benefits ignored This is the second year in a row that I have stayed at this property for a local basketball tournament. I have requested late check outs both years. Both times that I made the request I was told that they could not accommodate my request because the hotel was completely full that evening. This year I checked the IHG website to see if I could book a room and the website showed rooms were available. It seemed that I had proof that the customer service staff was untruthful with me about the reason that I could not be granted a late check out. My IHG membership offers late check out as a benefit of being a member of the program. This property does not seem to care about IHG membership. Both years the property thanked me for being a gold member upon checking in, but unlike all other IHG properties did not offer a complimentary water or other item to show their appreciation. While I will continue to stay at other IHG properties, I will likely not be returning to this property in the future. If you are an IHG member be warned that it means nothing at this property. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rooms needed a thorough cleaning Had two rooms. One non-smoking room smelled like smoke (#318). The other was very dusty and the shower had not been cleaned. I have stayed at this property several times before and it was fine .... hope that this is not a sign that it is going downhill. December 31, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay One the trip to Denver we stopped in Las Vegas , we arivved the hotel earlier, check in time is at 4 pm, the staff at the reception was very nice , the room ws cleaned up and we could go in, it was pleasant , on our next trip we will book the hotel from this chain will look if we can find it in Europe November 30, 2013
