One the trip to Denver we stopped in Las Vegas , we arivved the hotel earlier, check in time is at 4 pm, the staff at the reception was very nice , the room ws cleaned up and we could go in, it was pleasant , on our next trip we will book the hotel from this chain will look if we can find it in Europe

The staff at this property is outstanding. The room was big, quiet and comfortable. I would recommend this motel to any one needing a place to stay.

I have stayed at a 29 Palms, Newport Beach, and Tampa Holiday Inn Express and the front desk clerks have always been excellent and courteous. I was treated like an outsider and neither of the two people at the front desk greeted me, nor did they smile at me or thank me. The woman gave me the handicapped room, which I let her do, much to my dismay. Of course, the bed was super comfy so I slept well and went on my way.
I don't eat breakfast, but the coffee was good.

after my first night I left the room at 5:15 AM and returned at 6:30 PM. Carried all my equipment back up to my room and the key did not work. Grabbed my gear and went down to the desk and they said sorry and rekeyed my room. When I got up to the room I discovered it was not serviced. Went back down to the front desk and told them that here was no service to my room the response was "we are sorry" with no remedy for the problem. Next day my schedule was the same (depart at 5:30 AM and return 6:30 PM) moving all my gear up to the room just to find out the key didn't work. After that night I checked out two days early to find a new hotel. I am a Priority Club Rewards member and always try to stay at Holiday Inn Expresses. I am extremely disappointed at the service received at this location.

Have had a few visits at this location lately. Front desk staff needs a more professional look and performance. Morning staff should not look and act like they just rolled out of bed and a shower. Night shift should not have their young children waiting for the end of their parent's shift. IF youngster is hyper acting, then maybe he should be at home unwinding for bedtime.
The rooms need tweaking of numerous little fixes before they become bigger issues: cracked shower head, shower soap dishes with chalk separation, loose towel hook, broken lamp switch on nightstand, wake up call didn't come thru on one visit (even though the front desk reported that our room was rung on three attempts). Small details are important as this hotel is relatively new.
We enjoy this hotel overall.

I had Room #205 and the beds were horrible. usually i can count on Holiday Inn Express for comfort but not this time. Also the hallways has a odd oder. The bathroom was clean but needed to have the shower soap dish repaired. Very disappointed in this location. The breakfast options were weak. The only sving grace to this stay was the employees. The check out counter lady was very nice and the breakfast attendee was wonderful. I have never had cause to worry when booking with Holiday Inn Express until now.
