I have stayed at this Holiday Inn several times and it appears the people at the Front desk are more attentive and more caring than ever before. The room itself was nice and the breakfast was good but I have to say it is the people that make this a great place to stay. They are there to help you out and make you feel at home. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by just an overnight the location was perfect, no menu in the room, pool is tiny, hot tub not hot, room temp would not stay up after I turned it up, wifi was horrible outside the main areas, one key did not work and the restaurant was a mile away from the rooms! . Overall I would have lived at the main desk, and had I been staying form more than one night I would have been asking for a different room, or moving to another hotel. we only booked here because my daughter wanted to swim (disappointment) and it was around the corner from where we needed to be. We honestly did not need to spend much time in the hotel, THank good ness. December 4, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 someone must have requested an early check in because the maid knocked on our door wanting to clean it at 9AM. When we told her we weren't ready, she left her cart at my door and just hung around the hallway waiting for us to leave. December 2, 2014
