Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I thought we were in a 4 star hotel. Great value and an unexpected gem! The rooms are on par with 3 and 4 star hotels. It's very clean and the amenities are modern and like-new. I've been in renovated rooms that showed cheap upgrades and unskilled labor, but our rooms were very nice from corner to corner. I've stayed in many hotels for work and this visit has made a lasting impression. Paige, on duty when we checked in at 10pm, was the most friendliest hotel clerk I've met. Not fake nice, genuinely happy to do her job. Our trip to the hotel took over 8 hours instead of 4.5 hours and we were exhausted. She was familiar with my reservation and asked if I wanted to change floors in order to accommodate my request for connecting rooms. Check-in was very quick and she even assisted my husband to take some luggage upstairs. She didn't know it but my husband has a major back issue. With me being pregnant, it makes for some difficulty at times. If she's not already in management, someone should steer her towards it because she's a gem! Breakfast is typical of the brand. The hostess kept everything stocked and was friendly as well. It's the first hotel visit I've had in a long while where I have absolutely no complaint. If we weren't moving out of the country, we'd stay here more often on our trips from DC to Georgia. I'm sad we only just discovered it because it's on the PointBreaks list this period. May 26, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Leaky room then no AC Experience was ok we had a bad leak in our bathroom ceiling at 3am and the staff asked if we wanted to move. I dont think anyone would want to stay in a room with water leaking fro the ceiling. The room they moved us to the ac unit made a lot of noise and did not get cold just the fan would run. The front desk staff during the day were great though and the place was clean. May 5, 2015
