I usually make a reservation, but circumstances did not allow for this stay. I arrived after midnight and was kindly welcomed and offered a fair rate for the night before presenting my platinum member number. I was treated better here as a stranger without a reservation than at some hotels with a reservation as a platinum member. Perhaps those other inns could come here for training in how to welcome a guest.

A coworker and I stayed here a few nights randomly throughout the week. The last night we came to stay, all their King standard rooms had been booked. The amazing ladies at the front desk upgraded both of our rooms to King Suites at no cost to us.
Also, they serve drinks and snacks till 7 every night. We arrived right before the service was ending and the staff made sure that we received all the food and drink we had desired before putting anything up. The staff at this location definitely puts your needs first and are extremely friendly, especialy Miss Susan and Larissa. These women really know how to take care of their guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

After a very long day my colleagues and I arrived at the hotel very late. The gentleman behind the desk was kind enough to open the dining area for us and round up some beverages and snacks for us. This is the kind of positive experience that will ensure my loyalty to this location.

My wife and I spent six nights at the Lavonia Holiday Inn Express while visiting family in the area. Usually, we would stay with family during our visit but, this time we decided to have a place to be alone each evening. This turned out to be a great decision. Our time with family was made more enjoyable because of the wonderful accommodations we enjoyed at the Inn. Our room was quiet and well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast served each morning was good and the coffee was always out early. We will always stay here when we visit in the area. As an aside, we stayed at Holiday Inn Expresses at four other locations across the country as we drove back to the west coast and found each of them to be excellent value and exactly alike in their accommodations.

Let me just say I had a fabulous time at your place of rest and relaxation....Never before have I got the service and dedication from your front desk (Michelle) before. Michelle made sure that I had every thing possible the make my stay a relaxing and fun time. You have the best staff and because of Michelle, I will be coming back when I'm in that area. She is the best, a keeper.

I like the BBQ on Monday night but not the chicken salad on Tuesdays nor the pimento cheese sandwiches on Wednesday. BBQ each night would be great. Anyway, I like the managers'
