I just completed a mulit-month project in Lavonia, GA, and stayed in the Holiday Inn Express, Lavonia the entire time I was there. My room provided all of the comforts needed for a lengthy stay. It was nicely appointed, always clean and well maintained, like every public area of the hotel, and I felt very safe and relaxed there. The staff all seemed polite and friendly, and several mentioned how much they liked their jobs and the management. When a co-worker and I were both down with the flu durong our stays, the staff made sure we had what we needed in our rooms to recover, and they told us to call them if we needed anything else. Great service. I will miss the people I met, and look forward to a chance to stay at this hotel again soon.

Spent one night during on a business trip. Before I could finish checking out cleaning staff ran to the desk with my phone charger. Staff were extremely helpful. Because the weather was supposed to get nasty, they helped me figure out a "Plan of Action" .........even came out and sprayed my windshield with a defrost spray so I could get on the road. I felt they took care of me like they would have a best friend. I will always stay at this location when I visit Toccoa Falls.

I stay at this location often and have never had a bad experience. Hotel is relatively new and rooms are in good condition.

When I travel I am looking for clean, comfortable, friendly, helpful, affordable and location. This is it. Not spectacular or extravagant, doesn't need to be. Just right.

During our two stays during the holidays,the management and staff when out of their way to make sure we were cared for. We will always make sure others know about this hotel and what a great stay we had. Its great to see that Holiday Inn continues to care about their guests.

I've stayed at this Holiday Inn Express since it was built, and it is as clean and comfortable as it was the first time I stayed there. Although I arrive late and leave early, I am assured a good night's sleep. After driving for 12 hours, it's nice to stay here for a much-needed good night's rest..

I would like to say this room was absolutely wonderful. The quality and comfort of bedding and towels was supreme. There was the smell and feel of freshness everywhere. As a weary traveler this is very important. The room was spotless. I honestly feel it is one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. Easy access on and off the interstate. Breakfast was warm, nutritious and enjoyable. I have recommended it to one of my co-workers who will also be traveling in that area. I am planning on staying there on my next visit to the area.

I normally stay away from Holiday Inns, but I was part of a group staying at the hotel. I'm happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It's a newer property in great location right off of the interstate. The rooms were very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. And the staff was super friendly. I would happily stay here again.

we were in lavonia, ga for business and our stay at hie was very pleasant. the staff were great to accomadate us with an early breakfast as we had to leave by 4 am. the rooms were clean and
quiet. i would highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I were driving from Richmond to Texas. We were looking forward to a nice comfortable place to rest for the evening. The arrival experience wasn't great. The person at the counter was not friendly. There was no greeting as a Platinum member and I was ignored when I asked about the location of our room. I asked three times! Prior to arrival, I had requested a specific location and I wanted to know if they were able to grant that request before the check-in process was completed. Even though I was ignored when I asked, they had been able to grant my request for which I was pleased.
The room was very clean and the furnishings were in good condition. As nice as they looked, they were uncomfortable to use. The bed was hard. The couch and chair were not made for lounging either. There was also a funny smell in the room which I reported as we checked out. The manager was at the counter as I checked out and he was very polite and friendly. The rest of the staff that we encountered were also pleasant. We liked the way that the bathroom was designed with a lot of counter space and outlets.
If we pass this way again, we will probably choose a different place to stay.

Was traveling to Tyler, Tx., to find a place to retire to and stayed here the first nite and on the return trip to Durham, NC, just happend to stop there again. Will stay again if need to.

The hotel is pretty new and is very clean. Facilities work. Staff is very friendly. Room is comfortable and you will be able to rest at night. It is a great place to stay.

When checking in, I told the staff we were there for a romantic getaway. We were put in a very nice room, but starting at about 10 pm a basketball team came on the floor and it was as loud as a basketball game until the wee hours of the morning. The next morning, I asked if it would have been possible to put us on a different floor, or end room, knowing a whole basketball team was checking in that afternoon/evening. The staff said the hotel was full, and they were sorry for our lack of quiet.
I was given 1,000 priority points as compensation, but being that I have just joined, maybe a free night would have been more appropriate to extend our romantic stay?!

The front desk staff was very friendly, though the hotel could have used a lounge. I was there for business and we had no place to entertain my out of town guest - the town of Lavonia is very small to begin with and did not offer any real options. I was hoping the hotel would have what the town lacked, but I was dissapointed . My guest was actually from out of the country and found it extremely odd for a hotel not to have some sort of lounge or bar.
