Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DONT GO TO LAWRENCEBURG HOLIDAY INN the pool and fitness area were closed. we needed more towels and a rollaway bed. the coffee was disgusting. the eggs were runny. nothing worked, the lighting was dim. it felt like a dirty run down motel where everything was broken, and no one cared about their guests. In the last month had rooms with no Hot water, No water at all in whole room, Faucets falling apart, pool closed for weeks by health dept. and just generally the place is not being kept in good condition. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Stay Enjoyed staying at your hotel. Desk staff was very helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Suggest you put more food on the breakfast. We were there at 9:00 am, no fruit, no muffin cakes, a few milks left. Should stock up more. May 8, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Restful stay I was driving from Knoxville to the Chicago area for a funeral. I stopped at this location to rest from the drive. It was a last minute decision. The staff and management were very friendly and accomadating. The hotel is very clean, with recent remodeling evident. April 28, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No Hot Water in Morning My stay was uneventful until the morning. NO hot water. I let the shower run for 20 minutes and still COLD!!!! When I checked out the person at the front desk said she couldn't help me and that I would have to call and speak with the General Manager. I called the next day and he was unavailable. I left my phone number and am still waiting on my call back. Terrible customer service. They should have been more pro-active at the front desk as I was not the only one experiencing NO hot water. Would have appreciated a call from them inquiring about room stay. Definitely worst Holiday Inn experience to date. April 20, 2016
