Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service. Staff was great. Room was clean and inviting. Check in and out was fast and easy. Although we did have some roudy neighbors that refused to quieten down. That was our only complaint, hard to get to sleep with all the noise. April 23, 2015

I understand when your off, you would like to forget about the job, but PLEASE leave a working number so that your staff can reach you. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mattress Badly torn, bed frame broken and smelled like urine!!!! My grandson was suposed to use the pull out sofa to sleep on. The mattress was BADLY torn up, the frame was broken and bent in the middle and the mattress smelled like urine. The sofa cushions were turned over hiding a large stain and some sort of white stuff scattered throughout the cushion. I told the receptionist about the sofa. It was suposed to be exchange the following morning. It was not. So, for a second night, we had three people cramed into a queen bed. I would never stary at this hotel again! I am an IHG® Rewards Club Members, if they treat there members this way, I can only imagine haw they tread nonmembers. April 8, 2015
