The breakfast attendant went out of our way to help my chronically late family eat before we got back on the road. She cooked some extra stuff for us, even though we showed up at the last minute to breakfast. June 25, 2015

I have stayed in several Holiday Inn Expresses - in different states and have had good experience with them, so I would recommend them if looking for a nice hotel and the rates are good too. But when reported to front desk they dispatched someone to correct problems in a matter of minutes. Very pleased with our stay and will stay here again when we travel to Lawton/Ft Sill area. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Front Desk Service Overall the hotel was fine, I just had a poor experience when checking out. Utilizing IHG properties for over 15 years now I have had a "Rapid Checkout" envelope under my door for years. This time I did not have an envelope under my door. I asked at the front desk as was told, "I'm a girl and I'm under age. I don't walk around the hotel at night." Thinking to myself, ok I can understand this concern. So I expected all the "Rapid Checkout" envelopes printed and organized either by name or room number behind the desk. So I say, "checking out, room 152." She then states ok, and then begins typing on the computer. After 2 to 3 minutes, she prints my receipt. So now I am thinking to myself, it was not a security issues, it was a laziness issue and she had not done her job. The front desk female was wearing a name tag, Desiree. I would highly suggest management speak with her as her attitude and work ethic both need adjustment. June 18, 2015
