What a great experience so far, I have been staying at this property for 15 months so far and I can tell you the staff and facility are wonderful. They just recently updated furniture and carpeting. My only negative is the fourth floor ice machine was broke and has been broke for a while.

I stay at Holiday Inn Express the majority of the time when I travel. The quality of my last stay was not what I'm used to seeing.

Unfortunately, it started bad. Check-in was fine, though I was not greeted as an IHG rewards member.
Room #1 - Fridge did not work, phone did not work to dial front office, and toilet was completely broken. Solution proposed by front desk was that plumber could come in the morning. Seriously? Bad idea.
Room #2 - Bathtub/shower was terrible, inconsistent water, and something wrong with the floor of the tub the way it creaks. Additionally, the sink drain was broken. Bed appears to slightly slope towards the wall, making for an uncomfortable sleep.
Breakfast - constantly empty on items such as biscuit gravy and coffee, and left out so long that eggs are literally papery dried out. This can't be food safe.
Service - Staff constantly just sits on the front counter and socializes, no recognition of customers, no greetings, nothing. Only one person running the dinner social on Wednesday night was actually friendly. Also, when asking if a cab to be called, we were told to walk instead. Again, seriously? Why not offer the hotel shuttle?
I would not return to this property.

The Most Friendly People Ever.
Sandy and Erin always go overboard to make me happy and comfortable. A big smile and hug to cheer up the hardest day of driving and business. I will always go back to the place I am treated so well.
