Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Service by a working GM When checking in, the person at the front desk provided the best experience I have ever had at a HIExpress. Once the process was completed, I asked for the rep's name and she said to me "I am ____, here is my card." I looked at the business card, it turns out she was the GM! I inquired as to why she was checking in guests and was told that at this property, she pretty much has to do everything that she asks any of her staff to do. Quite welcome to hear that her title hasn't gone to her head October 6, 2012
