Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our five-day stay at the LeMars HIE. The staff were most professional and the entire atmosphere was warm and family-like. When we had a maintenance issue, the staff responded quickly and in a skilled way. The breakfast, although average by selection, nevertheless was held in a wonderful setting, with friendly staff. We heartily recommend the Inn. June 18, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by very badly signed This is a well run and maintained HIE but hard to find. We drove up and down on route 75 three times before finally spotting it, set back several hundred yards from the highway. The sign on 75 is very discrete, on a rack among a number of shop and restaurant names. Why not a proper sign, on the main road ? June 16, 2013

The staff is always cheerful, the rooms are always spotless, and the breakfast is always out on time. It is nice to know that after spending a long day in a ice cream freezer that I have a clean and comfortable room waiting for me. January 17, 2013

The facility is very well maintained, there is a service focused attitude that sets this hotel apart from it's peers and it's competition. It is a true joy to stay a hotel that wants you to stay at their hotel, treats you as a valued guest, and seems to want nothing more than for you to be so satisfied that you will want to come back again and again. When we found that the sheets for the pullout couch bed were incorrect, one of the housekeeping staff immediately brought new sheets for us. The breakfast person was very friendly and kept the area neat and tidy. We will return here again. Thank you! January 3, 2013

The staff is fully engaged in making all their guest feel at home. I am in the sales industry and the staff at this property demonstrates every day what GREAT customer service should look like. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Service by a working GM When checking in, the person at the front desk provided the best experience I have ever had at a HIExpress. Once the process was completed, I asked for the rep's name and she said to me "I am ____, here is my card." I looked at the business card, it turns out she was the GM! I inquired as to why she was checking in guests and was told that at this property, she pretty much has to do everything that she asks any of her staff to do. Quite welcome to hear that her title hasn't gone to her head October 6, 2012
