Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Carpet soaked, no offer of remedy from management I recently stayed at the Le Roy HIE. When I arrived at 6:30 P.M. the carpet in the room was soaked from the air conditioner. There were no other rooms available so I had no choice but to stay there. When I notified the manager the next morning, I was not offered any compensation for the trouble. I signed-up for the Rewards program but if this is how guest-issues are treated, I will not be returning. May 19, 2015

After traveling for about 8 to 10 hours and about 5 hours yet to go in our trip, we wanted a nice place to stay and enjoy the surrounding attractions while getting some rest and relaxation. We came upon the Holiday Inn Express on our Tom tom and picked it for our stay. We were very happy with the appearance when we drove in, and very pleased as we went in to see if there was any rooms available. The staff that night was very helpful with assisting us to finding a great restaurant to have dinner at. The stay was very pleasant that night, quiet and home like. Breakfast was excellent, coffee great, and the cinnamon rolls beating expectations. Very much enjoyable, Thank you May 11, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good beds and bedding Towels need improvement. TV was TERRIBLE. Color varied from one channel to another. Very disappointing. We have stayed at this facility on several previous occasions and Televisions have never been great but this time it was really, really bad. April 11, 2015
