Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not too bad The hotel itself was fine. Beds are comfortable, free breakfast had variety and was refilled promptly, and the rooms and hotel are clean. That said, the property is not in the best area and had people loitering outside all night drinking alcohol. It felt like pulling into a truck stop. It was not somewhere I would be comfortable taking children. August 5, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff and Great Service What a friendly staff. Great service was given by all. However, Dee, at the front desk, was phenomenal. When I checked in, there were several guests in line. Some were complaining about the wait, but Dee was efficient, friendly and never lost her smile. My luggage did not arrive until the next morning and Dee made sure I had basic toiletries. Throughout my stay I observed her great customer service skills. She made me feel like a VIP. July 20, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff, Poor Soundproofing As always, the staff at HIE was friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean, and the amenities were modern and comfortable. The room was not very sound proof, however, and the teenaged girls next door stayed up chatting and laughing loudly. Their ruckus woke me up several times from 11PM until 1:30AM. I expected a quieter room and had hoped for a better night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was ok, but the eggs seemed unnatural and healthy choices seemed a bit lacking. July 15, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by First time bad stay I am at your property at least twice a month and this stay was the worst by far. I had a team of girls staying across from my room who were extremely loud and obnoxious. I called and complained twice. They were going back and forth between rooms slamming doors (rooms 206 and 207). I even asked them to stop. When they saw my room number they crank called my room twice. Calling the front desk did no good. I should have had the Lebanon police get involved. They finally got quiet around 12:30am. It was quite disturbing, especially when I had to get up for work at 5:15am. When I spoke to Kyle the next morning he was very apologetic and said that if he was working that night, he would have had the police there. I have never had such an experience at your hotel. My company and I stay there frequently and this was not the experience I expected. I hope this never happens again! July 14, 2014

I also am a coffee drinker and enjoy the 24 hour service. My only complaint would be I wish more of the Holiday Inns had hot tubs...seems years ago most did, however we find most do not lately. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Holiday Inn Experience Possible Where to begin... 1. Staff checked me into a room where someone was already staying 2. Cleaning staff/housekeeping routinely arrived @ 7:30 am 3. Fire alarm went off for nearly 45 minutes during the middle of the day (apparently during a "test") 4. Cleaning staff left hairs on the sheets when changing them 5. A redneck tailgate party could be found smoking and drinking on the benches in front of the hotel each night (a pleasant sight to come back to each day) 6. The workout center contained equipment from the 1970's June 18, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Late Arrival We arrived late after an 750 mile drive for the day to find out that we were booked into a smoking room. The clerk insisted it was in my profile for a smoking room, it is not by the way. She was nice enough to get us a non-smoking room. We enjoyed our stay, get an odd number room at this property, keeps you on the backside so you do not get the Interstate traffic noise. Highly recommend this establishement. January 5, 2014

Needs a better Turn here sign for access to the property. Room was clean and neat. Cable TV needs better upgrade. numerous channels not showing on TV. But we were not there for the room. just a place to crash for the night. Would stay here again. Good Breafast selection. December 29, 2013
