We love staying at this Holiday Inn because it is so convenient to everything in Lebanon. We fish at Bennett Springs which is only a 10 minute drive then we spend time in town shopping for Case XX Knives across the street and antiquing at the Heartland Mall. And, it helps that the Huge Candy Store is just across the highway! The room has always met our needs and the staff was very attentive to us. We always feel welcome here.

I am a frequent traveler. I find this HI to be at the top of my list for return visits. They have been very accomodating, attentive to my needs, and gave excellent recognition of my priority club status. The room and physical property are very well kept, and spacious. The decor is up to date and pleasant. Two thumbs up!

After staying at this hotel the previous week, we decided to stay again as we were passing through Lebanon on our way home. Karissa was wonderful and took such great care of our family. We are a family of 6--we prefer staying in one room. Karissa gave us Room 314, a larger room, and 2 rollaways. It was perfect. The beds were awesome. Room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was cool, but very clean. Overall, it was an excellent hotel.

The wife has had knee replacement and we had requested a room with a walk in shower. First we were put into a room with a tub. Then we got the room with the walk in shower only to fine that the toliet was not for the handicapped. I was a normal low toliet with grab bars behind the toliet and to the rear side making a person haveing to reach behind them to use the rails. Now for the shower the water flooded the entire bathroom and there is no floor drain in the bathroom. The shower does have a drain against the wall. So we were glad we asked for extra towels. Now the first room with a high tub had a handicapped toliet. When we checked out the wife informed the frnt desk to what they said they did not know that. Breakfast was normal for HIE but the hostress was smiling and very friendly. Upon check out I found the GSA very rude when I asked for a receipt since I was using points.

It's a nice new hotel with really large rooms. Vwery comfortable for family travel. The ppol was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and very competent.
