Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very quiet. Breakfast had good variety and loved the cinnamon rolls! Need two staff people at front desk. Had to wait awhile to check in because the staff person was on the phone for awhile for call-in reservations. No discount for senior citizens! Instructions for location obtained on line were difficult and had to stop and ask for directions. August 17, 2014

Especially, since I used my IHG Rewards Points to pay for my stay! Staff was friendly and responsive to the minor issues that we reported. August 11, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyable stay This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, especially Kendra at the front desk. I was surprised she remembered us when we checked out 2 days later. We just had a hard time connecting to the internet and the TV was difficult to turn on, but that did not change my excellent rating for this hotel. I felt very safe there inside and out. There is plenty of parking. Will definitely stay there again when in the area. July 31, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic staff, but beware of the western "omelet" The breakfast was dreadful, in terms of the hot choices. Can you say "cat food" for the western omelet? Seriously. HOWEVER, the staff is VERY responsive to guest needs. My room had lousy internet and there is an odd trick to getting the TV on, but they really tried to resolve those issues. I was impressed. When I checked out they gave me a nice discount due to my inability to work on the internet in my room as the connection was as slow as dial-up. If you don't need fast internet and learn the trick to turning the TV on and like cereal, bagels, hard-boiled eggs and juice for breakfast, you'll be good. The pool and hot tub looked great. I just didn't have the time to use them while there. Overall, I recommend this Holiday Inn Express in Lebanon, Indiana. July 31, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very Comfortable Room We stayed for 2 nights at the Lebanon, IN Holiday Inn Express. We were not impressed with the breakfast choices either morning. The pancake machine was out of order and day 1 there were no cinnamon rolls. When we asked the person servicing the area, she said they were frozen. She did offer to microwave one for us, but we declined. The area was clean inside the hotel and outside the hotel. I was a little frustrated that employees would step outside the "back" door to smoke when that is a primary entry for parking and entering the building. We did not use the pool or exercise area. They looked to be clean and tidy as well. July 28, 2014
