I travel for work and stay in 2 -3 hotels a weeks. This by far was the worst experience I have had in a very long time. I will never return to this hotel. The customer service was horrible.

This hotel was nicely appointed, and we found it to be extremely clean. The beds were very, very comfortable with very crisp linens. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area. We actually drove 40 minutes from our destination to stay at this facility. Would do it again!

As usual, another great stay in Lebanon. We love the staff and the service. Stay here no matter if the business is in Lafayette, Lebanon or Crawfordsville. Excellent staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are a DCI Family (Drum Corps International). Our daughters corps trains in Lebanon Indiana every summer for the entire month of June. They return again in August to attend the Championship event at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. The location of the Holiday Inn Express hotel meets our needs for proximity to their training facility. During Championships in August the price point and short drive to the stadium are also desirable.

We stayed at this property on a weekend when the hotel seemed rather full. The room condition and breakfast were of the quality that I would expect of a newer HI Express. At check-in we were given keys to an already-occupied room, but hopefully that is an isolated incident. However, the Internet quality left much to be desired. One night we could not connect from our room and the hotel staff solution was for me to contact tech support. This marred an otherwise nice stay.
