Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by WisCaTex Newer facility but needs a better maid/management
The building and ambiance strongly suggest this is a recent addition to the Holiday Express family and perhaps my expectations were immediately too high. This is a three story facility with a nice exercise room, pool, and breakfast area. However, it's clear that the maid was not too focused on Room 221 as my toilet had very obviously not been cleaned (looked like NASCAR racetrack after a crash) and the first washcloth I used had a dark stain on it. Not good.
Breakfast was more than serviceable with many options although here again the staff might consider getting a disposition transplant. I asked a question about the pancakes and had my head nearly taken off by the irate service person. She probably had other issues on her mind and I guess I shouldn't have expected her to be helpful. When I asked for a spare toothpaste at the front desk since my wife had taken mine out of my kit for her trip the prior weekend, the hotel did not have any. Clearly this was my issue for forgetting a key item but the small sign in my bathroom had indicated that forgetful guests such as me should stop by the front desk as they stock those necessities. The front desk indicated they were out and did not indicate they would immediately order more.
I'll probably stay in Indy or Lafayette next time I need to visit Lebanon as this hotel was clearly the best option.

The Lebanon Holiday Inn Express is conveniently located right off of I-65 - about 20 min away from Indianapolis. The hotel is updated, clean and comfortable. Friendly and welcoming staff. I arrived around midnight and luckily had a reservation because the hotel was booked. No parking spaces available, but the front desk staff told me it was okay to park parallel to the curb in front of the entrance.
I would stay here again. Free breakfast. Free wifi and a clean and comfortable room are all that I need when travelling on the road.

We were there attending a baseball tournament at Grand Park. As good a place as any to stay due to the road construction everywhere! I thought it would be a little far to drive, but not bad at all. Motel seems to look pretty new inside and out. Very clean and comfortable! Beds firm, as I like them. Great Service and friendly staff! several fast food places walking distance.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mom of Soccer Star Do Not Stay Here!!
The management and workers WERE unprofessional, RUDE and disrespectful! We reserved nine rooms from 7/8/15 through 7/12/15 for our soccer team, coaches and parents, that were competing in the NPL Nationals Tournament in Westfield, IN. Although management clearly had issues with ANOTHER SOCCER TEAM that was also staying in the hotel, they took it upon themselves to berate us ON A DAILY BASIS, accusing us of all of the negative incidents that the OTHER SOCCER TEAM was creating. Ironically, when screaming and yelling at our young men and our coaches, they made mention numerous times of how much trouble they were having with THE OTHER SOCCER TEAM. The first time they confronted our coach, they threatened to throw us out of the hotel! They accused us of kicking a soccer ball in the lobby and hallways on 7/8/15. Let me make it perfectly clear that it was IMPOSSIBLE for our team to have done that because first of all, our kids are not allowed to carry soccer balls with them, and also, my husband and I were transporting the team's soccer ball bag and didn't even check into the hotel until almost 2:00 AM on 7/9/15! It was a horrific experience for our team, and I for one was beyond embarrassed as I was the one who recommended the hotel to our coach. The manager, Mike M., acted as if he was on a power trip and talked unprofessional and very disrespectful to our coach, parents and all of our players, who I might add are 18 years old, have stayed in many hotels for tournaments, and KNOW HOW TO CONDUCT THEMSELVES! Let me also add that the breakfast staff was rude and ignorant to our team/coaches/parents, and accused all of us of taking food back to our rooms. We were never so insulted in our lives. We will never stay at this hotel or any Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express in the future. We paid ALOT of money to stay at this hotel and were never even offered an apology!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by ChipVA Nice rooms, inattentive staff
The rooms at this hotel are very nice and it is convenient to many food choices (Subway, White Castle and others) Unfortunately, the staff was frequently away from the desk and the breakfast area. They were also out of their signature cinnamon rolls and the pancake machine was non-functional during our stay. Somehow seeing a sign that says "please use the phone to call us" doesn't provide the level of service I prefer in a hotel. Especially when I am trying to check out or get some of the non-existent pool towels after a swim.
