Hotel itself was as I would expect. However, non-functioning TV was not expected. Non-answered front desk was not expected. Non-caring person at checkout was not expected.

For the most part Holiday Inn Express gives you good quality for the money. Lebanon gave you the maximum. The facility (both public and guest room) were clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. My wife and I were very pleased with our stay and would certainly stay here again. Management is doing a good job.

The internet in the lobby was so poor, no one from our group was able to print boarding passes. We tried late night early morning.

I coordinated stays for dozens of people over three weeks, which accounted for more than 300 nights stayed in the hotel. The staff was always attentive, the rooms always clean, check-in was always smooth, and the service exceptional. My only complaint is that the fitness center has only one treadmill and it was out of order. I stayed for business through November, December, and January and the treadmill was never operational. Nevertheless, this is the ONLY hotel that I will stay at in this area. The quality for the price is exceptional, and you won't find a nicer staff. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and consistent with what you would expect for a Holiday Inn Express.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have never been disappointed. . The staff of their breakfast area makes you feel at home and that is very welcomed when you are there for extended periods of time.

My freind currently just found out that he has terminal cancer and wanted to have a great day. We rented the jaccuzzi room and he really enjoyed it. It was large enough for a wheelchair to comfortably move around. The staff was great and very accommodating.

The green chair in room 115 needs to be either cleaned or replaced. There were numerous stains on the seat. However, it was not bad enough for me to not use it. Just mentioning this so you wont get a bad rating by some nitpicking person.
The stay in Lebanon was quite exceptional. I am a 100% disabled military veteran from Lebanon. I put this info on my request for reservations and the staff had already ensured that I had a room on the first floor near the lobby. I greatly appreciated that
