A great experience. One complaint would be that the rooms need bright lighting. They are very dark.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Lebanon for business, and found the staff amazing. They truly cared about me, and the other guests in my party. We had some very early morning meetings, so they had the breakfast ready for us 45 minutes before they had to. I highly recommend staying here.

Hotel appeared clean and updated upon arrival, the room seemed a bit worn though. Upon inspection of the bedding, as most people would do, the sheets contained an unacceptable amount of hair and appeared possibly not to have been changed. A hair or two from possibly the room attendant changing the sheets would be understandable but this was over the limit. I was shocked at the amount and had never seen this before in all my stays at other HIE and its affiliates. Carpet was worn as well.
Also the treadmill did not work, ok fine, however, the equipment had not been wipped down or cleaned in quite some time as was evident by the stains and drip marks on the equipment. On a side note, the lights in the work out room are motion activated which is fine, except when using the elliptical machine they will shut off because they no longer sense you are in the room. So, you will be working out in the dark unless you want to stop every few minutes to activate the lights again.

Wonderful hotel and great services. However there were two major disruptions to my stay, which severely brings down my ratings:
1. I had to change rooms because of an awful odor coming out of the sink in the bathroom.
2. The firealarm went off at least 8 times during my last night with the fire department coming and apparantly finding the cause, stating it was faulty equipment.
The Manager (great personality) gave me 1/2 of the cost of for the last night, which I appreciated. In retrospect, I probably should have had 1-2 free days for all the anxiety and sleepnessness.

experience. Very knowledgable and helpful staff.
The staff made our stay comfortable and relaxed.

I have stayed here several times & the staff & location is wonderful;however, I have notice the hotel is beginning to show age. Carpet in stairwell & elevators is very dirty & worn. Stoppers in sink leaking. I asked tht a desk be repaired & it was done almost immediately.

We walked into the room and ther rug look like it has never been cleaned since the place opened. Time for them to hire rug doctor or replace the carpets all together. Bring slippers.
