I can always rely on this Holiday Inn Express to provide excellent service, clean rooms and a relaxing stay. The only glitch in our stay was that the elevator broke 15 minutes before my elderly mother and I were leaving; there was a nice, strong employee walking the hallways, looking for people who were checking out and who needed help with luggage. That was great!

This was my third visit to this hotel. There are no hotels that can compare in the greater Crystal River / Inverness area. You'll find that they even rival higher priced hotels. The hotel is super clean, the rooms and bathrooms spacious, the beds extremely comfortable, quiet rooms (we didn't hear any hall noise,) the staff friendly and accommodating, and the free breakfast options better than any hotel I've ever stayed at. They even have a washer and dryer available for guest use. I wholeheartedly recommend!

Rate Type when booked includes 10000 PC BONUS PTS; but I did received it at the same time as the regular reward. I need to spend time to follow it up; this is not what I had to do with other hotels.
In general the service in this Hotel is nice..

We came to Inverness to visit with close friends. This is the second time we have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Inverness. Both times the staff have been very welcoming and very courteous. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed a day by the pool and the pool area and water were very clean. We will plan to stay here again the next time we visit.

I am a Platinum member of the Priority Club program so I see plenty of HIEs. This one was excellent. Nice folks, helpful and a reasonable price. I will stay here again on return trips to the area.

This is my first stay at this property -- though not my last! It was thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish.
I stay mostly at HIE's as I travel a lot for business. They are always clean, convenient and reliable. This property was especially nice!

Inverness is a very nice part of Florida but a bit off the main track. It was very helpful to find such a quality hotel in a rather out-of-the-way location (as compared to Orlando, Tampa, Miami, etc.) The front desk personnel were excellent as were the housekeepers, etc. First class breakfast. Quiet rooms. Nice business office. Also a fine area to head out for a morning/evening walk.

My sisters and I stayed at the Holiday inn Inverness Florida for several weeks off and on while our father was ill in the hospital. The staff was very good to us and asked often how our dad was doing. The folks who cleaned our rooms were so wonderful and kind to us. We also stayed on New Years Eve and the staff again made us feel very at home ;-)

I was greeted by a pleasant front desk person who was attentative and pleasant to deal with. My room was clean and comfortable and I had no issues at all. As a Platinum member I stay at many hotels and this one ranked very well. Thank you.

Clean, spacious rooms. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Only negative was that the advertised outdoor heated pool was unavailable during our stay (apparently the heater was broken). The kids were disappointed we couldn't swim - but otherwise we all enjoyed our stay.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had a large group staying at the hotel for a wedding and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable.
