Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by TV and Internet Issues Had problems my whole 7 week stay with the TV and the internet connection. Never got resolved. Felt like I was living in the stone ages.. Also started smelling smoke in my room every night. Told the staff and it just like all my other issues never got resolved. The staff for the most part was very nice. I hate to rate the hotel so bad because they were nice to me.. But the internet and TV issues are totally unacceptable for a 7 week stay. November 24, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ok Hotel but needs remodle The hotel was ok but not as nice as some of the other holiday inn express I have stayed at. Bathrooms need a remodel and bed are ok with new pillows needed. Great and Front end staff very friendly and has a manger reception with free beer and snacks on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Management I am a Platinum Member of IHG and have already stayed over 70 nights with this brand this year. I accidentally booked the same night for 2 different hotels (both IHG), my mistake. I showed up to the Leesville, LA HI Express on 10/29 only to find out I had no reservation and was charged a "No Show" fee. I asked if I could apply that charge to room for that night that because I made an error. I was told, "No. We lost revenue." I asked to speak to the manager, she told me via phone that she would look into it and get back to me that afternoon. It has been a week and I have had no response from anyone even after me leaving several voice-mails. My colleagues and I have spent many nights at this location and will cease doing so if this is not remedied. I assure you our absence will cost this hotel more "revenue" than working with me on the "No Show" penalty. We will gladly take our business to another town. If this is how you treat a loyal customer, you obviously don't need or want our business November 6, 2014
