Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ok Hotel but needs remodle The hotel was ok but not as nice as some of the other holiday inn express I have stayed at. Bathrooms need a remodel and bed are ok with new pillows needed. Great and Front end staff very friendly and has a manger reception with free beer and snacks on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Two Stays- Two showers with mold Staff was quite nice...but in two stays in two different rooms, the showers were horrible. Both had SIGNIFICANT mold around the base while the second had pieces missing. Not what I've come to expect from this chain. November 10, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Management I am a Platinum Member of IHG and have already stayed over 70 nights with this brand this year. I accidentally booked the same night for 2 different hotels (both IHG), my mistake. I showed up to the Leesville, LA HI Express on 10/29 only to find out I had no reservation and was charged a "No Show" fee. I asked if I could apply that charge to room for that night that because I made an error. I was told, "No. We lost revenue." I asked to speak to the manager, she told me via phone that she would look into it and get back to me that afternoon. It has been a week and I have had no response from anyone even after me leaving several voice-mails. My colleagues and I have spent many nights at this location and will cease doing so if this is not remedied. I assure you our absence will cost this hotel more "revenue" than working with me on the "No Show" penalty. We will gladly take our business to another town. If this is how you treat a loyal customer, you obviously don't need or want our business November 6, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by One of the Best in Leesville If you are staying in Leesville, LA for an extend time period and you cannot get into the other hotel, the Holiday Inn Express is the next best place to stay at. The staff especially Destinee was very friendly and was pleasant to see that puts a smile on anyone's face when you have to spend time away from the family. The housekeeping works hard to ensure the top cleanliness for the resident. They serve breakfast which was OK, I didn't care for the fake eggs and when they served turkey sausage. The pancake maker was awesome and I'm not even a pancake eater, I like waffles. It would be nice if they could get a waffle maker. Finally, every Tuesday night is pizza and beer and Wednesday nights is nacho and beer. My overall experience was an 8 1/2 with 10 being the best. October 29, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Nice Hotel the Staff was very friendly and helpful and they watched my motorcycle as they let me park it very close to the building in the parking lot so it could be under the lights and where no one could mess with it I have stayed here before and always nice to go back enjoyed the people and enjoyed the cleaniness October 27, 2014
