Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Would not recommend this hotel The beds were hard and sloped. The bathroom had a light bulb out and the heat/ac made a loud clanging noise we had to keep it off. The staff member at check-in was great. The staff at check out couldn't be bothered told him about the issues he did seemed concerned made no comment he should not be in customer service. The hotel lobby was nice and the breakfast was good and she was nice. December 21, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Rooms are nice, don't be late for breakfast I enjoyed our stay. The rooms are large, clean, and quiet. Breakfast is okay but be sure to arrive early. Promptly at 9:30 am, the clean-up worker comes in and snatches food as you're reaching for it, and ceremoniously dumps it in the trash. Even if you're already served, it's not a pleasant sight to see the food you just picked being tossed. The other issue we encountered has more to do with other guests but still reflects the hotel's policing. We attempted to use the pool and found a large group of loud men there having a party. Lots of beer and cans thrown about. Hopefully this is not a recurring issue. It would be good if the hotel staff could monitor the use of the common facilities a bit more frequently.
