Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by broken down mattresses Both Mattresses in our room were completely dilapidated. They even looked saggy and lumpy with the bedspreads on. One was slightly better than the other, but we couldn't sleep together on it because it rolled us to the middle. The one nearest the window was so broken down that a spring "popped" every time I moved. I eventually fell asleep lying across the foot of the bed. We would have asked for a room change, but the hotel was full. We would have checked out and moved on if it had not been so late. I don't think we have ever encountered a worse mattress in a hotel. We are frequent customers of HI and were shocked at the condition we found at this hotel. We would not stay in the one again unless we were sure the beds had been replaced. July 20, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Guests I arrived Thursday, July 2, 2015 and last year when I booked at this hotel, I selected a smoking room and when I got there and I was told that it would be a non-smoking room and I stated that there has to be some mistake and will never be using this hotel again in the future. I did sneak couple of cigarettes because I was standing outside and I had the use the bathroom and therefore I ran into my room and now I am getting charge $200 and in my opinion I should have been notified stating that this hotel is no longer smoke instead on me arriving in finding out. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room for Improvement Mattress - Uncomfortable (felt worn out) Pillows - Very good Shower - multiple problems: shower head sprayed sideways if adjusted up/down shower head wouldn't spray anything but too fine or steady stream drain was so slow that it took 30 minutes to drain for a bath and when showering go to be 4 inches deep Lobby area and outside area - very nice Breakfast - very good Staff - good July 5, 2015
