It was so hard to leave hotel, because they made us feel so welcome. We got to know everyone on first name bases and always smiling and caring for or needs. February 26, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by bad experience the hotel itself was not bad. my issue is that my work tools were stolen out of my truck in thee parking lot. to make matters worse, there are no cameras on the back lot area and one hotel employee stated that that happens on a regular basis. i stay in holiday inns probably 8 months out of the year, but i will not stay at this one again February 8, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by our port in a storm When travelling to Florida or back to Canada, Holiday Inn is the only place we will stay. I'm sure there are other quality hotels to choose from, but our choice is Holiday Inn. We know that the rooms are always clean and comfortable, and breakfast in the morning is just as good, if not better than some restaurants. When we check in, staff is always friendly and helpfull. Holiday Inn gives us peace of mind and consistant quality when we travel. January 5, 2014

Denise at the front desk and breakfast set up of drinks was very nice. She even helped me with a computer of her own when your internet was not working. at the hotel. Overall, our stay would have not been as enjoyable without the assistance of Gail & Denise. January 5, 2014

The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was a welcomed site with many choices available. This will be our stop when in this area. November 13, 2013

Good attempt at a handicapped bathroom, good hand holds, two showereheads, fold down seat but one of the hardest parts for a handicapped person is getting into the tub. Need a walkin shower. The easy chair was very comfortable but the back was so low you had no place to rest your head. The food standard fare and the biscuits were much better than usual. problem is coffee, hot water and oatmeal packets or on one side of the dinning room while bowl, spoon and butter is on the other side of the room. You can get your food, juice butter etc. on one side of the room but if you want coffe it's on the other side of the room. After a fairly good night I was tired from the dinningroom experience before resumming my trip. Also for over $140.00 a night I expect the TV's and remotes to work correctly; I was given the answer by the maintance person that all their TV's and remotes worked that way. (????????) Especially glad to find they have a very nice laundry room which meant we did not have to try to find a laundry outside the facility. Food at breakfast was good, hot and cold. Many choices. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not Recommended The Good: Walk through the parking lot to Cinco Amigos and get some good mexican food and margaritas! The Bad: Ice machine flooded outside my room and for three days it was musty, humid, with an industrial blower trying to contain the water leakage. Don't stay here if you want or need to use the internet, hotel web is so slow its like its dialup. Add a few mins every time you have to use the elevator in either direction. Super slow. Average in pretty much every other aspect. And that is probably being generous. October 17, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, comfortable and great service Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and very spacious with a small goody bag for being a IHG reward club member. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a choice of a few different types of pillows. When we went to breakfast the staff was very friendly and attentive. We were waited on like we were in a restaurant and able to just relax. The staff really seemed to care about us as individuals and not just another person there to clean up after like in a lot of other hotels I have stayed in. I is very convenient to the interstate. We stay there because of the staff, the rooms and general feeling of being appreciated as a Platinum Rewards member. I cannot say enough good about the staff from the front desk, especially, Nilesh and Suji, to the "breakfast lady", Jan. Food is good and hot. These people are excellent at making you feel at home. These employees should be rewarded for their welcoming atmosphere at this facility. Rooms are clean, comfortable and large. Will stay again October 3, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Smokey Smelling Room I have stayed at this HIE before a few times and liked it. Most recently was disappointed. Arrived late and got a nonsmoking room but it stank of stale smoke. I was too tired to go back to the desk to ask for a change of rooms but couldn't leave fast enough in the morning. Price has alao gone up about 5% since last visit so next time will try another hotel nearby. October 2, 2013

Now that every room has refrigerator/freezer and microwave it's even better since I don't need to book a suite to get those amenities. Since we've been Holiday Inn Express Priority/Gold members for so long, I really would like to see you change up the breakfast menu, e,g. seasonal fruit, waffles instead of the SLOW pancakes (no time for that).
