Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by nice Hotel and friendly staff We really enjoyed our stay in the Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are clean, bridge and big. The only thing that I would like, if there were Gluten Free options available during breakfast. Definitely a place to stay and relax.The Mall and Restaurants are not far away. July 19, 2014

In addition we were having To speak with our family on the hotel phone due to No cell service and the phone repeatedly disconnected Our call when our family called back they were given A hard time by the front desk staff who believed they Were crank calling even though they explained What was happening. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor customer service We had a group booking that had been done 2 months previous. The first nights stay we admittedly were noisy and were advised to use the events room. That worked out well. When we apologized the next day to the front desk clerks and asked about that booking the room again they were very unfriendly and told us we had to buy a liquor license for that room and that we needed to get one at a liquor store. They were barely civil and seemed very annoyed with us generally. They said the price would be $10.00. We did go to a liquor store and the price was quoted as $25.00 but they did not know how to issue us one. We ended up not getting one.Our average age is 45 so we are not young people partying and carrying one. The Dragonboat Festival was awesome, which totally made up for the lack of customer service we received at the hotel. We will be making the festival an annual event, we will NEVER book at a Holiday Inn again. July 2, 2014
