Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A little lacking in some basic features? We encountered a lack of luggage racks in our room. contact with the front desk advised "not used at this property". There is a small bench that hold pillows/blankets - used that and the coffee table. Older guests have difficulty unpacking from the floor level, and putting suitcases on the coffee table and the bed is not very sanitary for other guests. Suggest management take a hard look at having at least a handful of luggage racks available for guests who require them. Note - the previous hotel we stayed in the previous evening (a different chain), had 4 luggage racks available! Housekeeping had left the room with 2 almost-empty, used rolls of toilet paper on the spools - front desk obliged with 2 new rolls immediately. April 26, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bed was not up to HIE standards Service was great. We came late so had to take a standard room with queen sized beds. The bed was sunken in the middle and my partner and I kept ending up in the middle. This was unusual in our experience at HIE although we usually get a King size bed. April 10, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Upgraded to the luxury suite While here on business, to my surprise, I had the pleasure of being upgraded to the jacuzzi suite. Such a wonderful room, complete with a double jacuzzi tub, king size bed and fireplace. What a romantic room at a reasonable price! I will have to come back another time while not on business. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The beds are very comfortable and great service i have been staying at this Hoilday Inn sence it opened . i was one of the first 10 people to stay there , and i have stayed there ever sence . the staff are very pleasant and the rooms are always clean & if you phone to the front desk they are always helpful ..... i recommend any one to stay here and they will never be disapointed .... Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Only location I would stay at in Lethbridge I stay at this Location Every month for Businiss and I also book the conference room occasionally, I have been returning to this Hotel for over 1 year now as Sasha,Jana & Carl have alway greeted me when I come in and leave the Hotel during the day, Acknowledge me as A Priority Rewards Club Member, and always make me feel welcome on every visit. mid week you will find parking easy in the main Parking Lot during busy seasons be expected to park on the side streets with a pass conveinient location for Subway, Cheese Cake Cafe and Park Place Mall all within walking distance.
