Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Check-in too long After receiving my room key, went to room and key did not open door. Returned to front desk, was given another key. Returned to room, opened the door and found clothes in the room and someone in the bathroom. Returned to front desk, explained what happened, and was given another room. They blamed the error on someone during the day shift. I now will always use the door latch to prevent someone walking in on me. April 27, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Regular Customer The staff is wonderful. Becky, Jessie, and everyone else at the property are great to deal with. I spend half of my time at this hotel and do not have a single complaint about the property. I like how the staff will take the time to visit with you, and just shoot the breeze. The property has a "homey" feeling. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the Levelland area. April 7, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No hot water! We stayed in this motel a year ago and it has gone down since that time. The room was not very clean and when we got ready to take a shower there was no hot water. I reported this to the front desk and the gentleman said "Yeah, we've been having some trouble with it. When the maintenance man gets here I guess I will have him look at it". I understand that things happen and break but he didn't seem to concerned. It just hit me wrong. March 7, 2013
