The bedding was very comfortable and clean. The room was clean and appliances worked. I would stay at this facility again and recommend it to others.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Historically-Good. Currently-A Hassle
The hotel has been an easy to stay at, comfortable place in the past. Due to recent staffing changes, I have had several issues during my recent stays. While they are doing what they can, it is not the Holiday Inn Express that I have come to expect. Shortages in staffing prevented several of the rooms I had rented from being clean by the end of the day. Front desk personnel at the time of checkout were unfamiliar with the system, requiring me to call back after the weekend, several times, to receive invoices. Washing machine has been out of order for the last couple of months, with the only explanation being that it is a "warranty part". Will I stay here again? Not if I can avoid it. Will I stay at an IHG hotel again? Definitely. I will just be staying elsewhere in Levelland.

My overall experience has been good. Comfort, cleanliness, and staff service are all good and consistent with Holiday Inn Express everywhere. The TV service could be better and made the evenings more enjoyable after a long day of work with more HD quality channels.

I have stayed here 2 different times at a week at a time and this hotel is very good! Customer service is outstanding and very friendly. Hotel and rooms are very clean, beds are nice and very quiet. The only bad thing is the room took long to cool down but I stayed during the summer so that most likely played a role in that. But I do recommend this hotel and will always stay here!

We spent two night while visiting family in town. There was an issue with the hall light switch not working. The front desk clerk had to bring a ladder to our room around 10:00 pm to remove the light fixture and light bulbs. The front desk clerk was a very nice and friendly young woman. We felt bad that she had to climb up on the ladder to do a job in which a maintenance personel should have done. I would have not been able to sleep with that light on all night long. I think the young woman should receive an accolade from the property for handling this issue.

I have NEVER stayed at such a clean pet friendly hotel. This hotel was as clean, if not cleaner, than 5 star hotels that do not accept pets.
The general manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were booked for a queen suite for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. When we arrived, their was a mix-up and the suite had already been given to a different guest. The general manager made every effort to do whatever we needed to feel comfortable. She even gave me her personal phone number in the event that there was anything that my family needed. The extra treats for my children and our pugs was incredibly thoughtful.
Her genuine concern for the customer extended to her entire staff. The entire staff at this hotel was just great. The woman that ran the breakfast area was always polite and made certain that everything was always stocked. Despite messy kids (mine included), she always kept a neat and tidy breakfast area. Whether we arrived at the beginning or end of the breakfast time slot, there was always plenty of food and the entire area was immaculate. The cleaning staff was also incredibly accommodating by working around us and our dogs. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and I appreciated that the pool was clean and there were always ample towels for the kids.
I can not say enough good things about this hotel and the people that work there. It is an excellent deal if you are traveling to Lubbock. It is well worth the extra drive and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Holiday Inn Express in Levelland for making us...and our pugs feel so welcome. Your hospitality can not be topped!

I felt at home immediately upon my check-in at Holiday Inn Express. Having spoken by phone to the friendly reservations desk, I anticipated meeting those known only by name. I was not disappointed. Everyone in every aspect of staff were over-the-top with cheerful and positive service. The in-room women who cleaned the room and changed the bed, to the lovely staff who prepared breakfast, to the night and day staff at the desk, I felt comfortable and safe. I loved the mattress and sheets, too.
Amy, Leah, and everyone (here my memory fails me,) are the best. I also commend the management/owners. Good, caring management makes for excellent people in a happy work environment. Thank you one and all, M L B (room 102)
