Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Highly Recommend this Hotel! Due to extensive repairs being made to our home, we opted to stay in our local Holiday Inn Express. The staff was friendly and professional, the rooms were quiet and clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious! Our grandchildren enjoyed swimming in the pool, which was clean and inviting. The freshly baked cookies were an added bonus! My husband and I would definitely recommend this hotel to any out of town guests. April 6, 2016

The per friendly policy allowed us to bring our little Chihuahua along to add to the enjoyment of our getaway. Frank's professionalism and considerate service has made my family even more convinced that Holiday Inn is the only place to stay. Thank you again, Frank, for all your effort and the quality service that we received from you and your staff. Your facility is well maintained and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely poor service When we arrived no one was waiting the service desk area. As I looked around for some help I found the desk clerk sleeping in the breakfast area. She waited on us still half asleep and assigned us our room. Not a word from her other than sign and initial the areas highlighted. When we opened the door to our room it had not even been serviced from the previous guests. The bed was not made and trash still in the room. I returned to the front desk only to find the desk clerk in the breakfast room again. I informed her of the condition of the room. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience at all, just looked for another room and gave us our room key and informed us of the wifi pwd which she didn't mention the first time. The wifi never did work, we called for assistance but no one would answer. December 29, 2015
