Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Everything was great We stayed here again on our return trip home. Everyone at this Holiday Inn Express and Suites was nice. The room was great, King Suite, clean and just the way it should be. The hallways were clean and the breakfast area could not have been better. Plenty of parking and the area seemed very safe. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by One really gross thing I had one major issue that I can not erase from my mind. Inside the vents of my air unit was all kinds of food (salsa?). I discovered this after my two girls were asleep in the other room. So, my choice would have been to complain and perhaps wake them up to change rooms or just keep this to myself (and definitely not my husband) and deal with the gross factor. Clearly a prior guest had spilled food on the unit. I don't understand why when cleaning it up, someone did not look down through the vents. I mentioned this to the staff when we checked out in the morning and I was told "we will clean it up." Why wasn't it cleaned up originally? So although everything else was fine, I'm not sure I can bring myself to stay here again. June 16, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Room! Very comfortable beds and overall comfortable room. Everything was spotless including the bathroom which is important. The breakfast was really good and we all (4) enjoyed the overnight stay. The staff from check-in to check-out were most friendly and efficient. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if in the area. June 9, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cleanest hotel of all time I have stayed in many hotels for business and on vacations but this hotel was the cleanest ever. The bathroom was spotless. I had asked for extra pillows when I made the reservation and they were on the bed when we arrived. If we ever return to the Beckley or Lewisburg area we will stay at the Holiday Inn Express - Lewisburg. May 17, 2013
