I stayed at this property during Christmas time. Like all HI Expresses, they provide what they say at a great price. This one was no different.

Thanks to the incredible staff --especially Melissa, for treating me with care and respect. I stayed in this hotel weekly during the summer for work and I had the best experience. Besides the front desk staff, the beds are the best part. So comfortable & clean...I sleep like a baby. I like the selection of pillows. I like the couch in the rooms because I feel more at home when I stay. The pool area was nice and I spent alot of hours there, for much needed relaxation. Again, very clean.
I've stayed in some nice hotels, but this one is my favorite. I want to say thank you again for making my stay so enjoyable during a very stressful time in my life. -loyal customer for life

Had an unpleasant interaction with the front desk in the morning of my departure. I was staying with my 12yr old daughter. she was finishing getting ready so I went to take our first load of bags to my car. The staff saw me walk by just prior to 6am. I put my bags in the car and immediately returned in less than a minute, except I could not reenter at the front main doors. I rang the bell and finally was let in, only to be told that I could not go to my room on the first floor because I did not have my key. I explained I left my wallet in the room with the key and that I had just walked by them. I stated the key is in my room four doors down on the first floor with my 12 yr old daughter and I will get it and come right back. The front desk lady stated I need my key to even go to the room and she would call the police if I attempted to go to the room. This after I just passed them and one waved to me on the way out. They posted a sign but only on the door entering the lobby, no sign on the door exiting the hotel. The lady kept giving me attitude and was short with me because I did not have my key and wallet. I explained that their posting needed to be placed on both sides of the door and they saw me just leave. She finally decided to give make a new key and then said she needed to take me to the room to see if I did leave my wallet. I walked with her to the room gave her the key from my wallet and said she could take all the keys because we are leaving. She just grabbed them and left, no thank you or apology for the confusion.

IT WOULD HELP IF YOU SOLD SNACKS AND SYNDRIES AT THIS LOCATION. THERE IS NOT A PHARMACY OR CONVENIENCE STORE CLOSE TO THIS LOCATION.
ONE NIGHT OF MY STAY THERE WAS A WOMAN, AND I PRESUME, HER TEENAGE DAUGHTER THAT SPENT THE NIGHT IN THE LOBBY. THEY WERE IN THEIR CHAIRS WHEN I WENT TO BED AT MIDNIGHT AND WERE STILL THERE IN THE SAME CLOTHES THE NEXT MORNING AT 6:30 AM.
THIS IS NOT A GOOD SIGN AND DOES NOT SPEAK WELL OF THE MANAGEMENT ON DUTY.
OTHER THAN THESE TWO ITEMS, I ENJOYED MY STAY AND WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.

As above. Feel that rooms are good size. Could be made better with new pillows. The ones you have are quite soft but lumpy. Staff were great and enloyed the breakfast.
