Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by lex-hp the keys to the room did not work 2 days. one day was not even covered. kids running up and down the hall TILL 12 MIDNIGHT. no working ice machine on our floor for 3 nights. no gift bag offered for the first time ever. no regrif in room either---very disappointed, we have had very good luck with the H otherwise. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Filthy and uncomfortable The upholstered furniture in the room was stained, the curtains had what appeared to be blood smeared on them and the furniture was covered in thick dust. The headboard was so dusty I actually cleaned it off before I would sleep in the bed. And speaking of the bed, the pillows were very hard and the mattress was cheap, thin, and uncomfortable. I expected much better. Will never stay there again. September 19, 2014

The dining room host asked us every morning how he was and told us she was thinking of us. When you are having a stressful situation it helps so much to have no trouble when you return to your hotel. The hotel was quiet and clean as was our room. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we are in the area. September 17, 2014
