Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by AWESOME with Group Bookings! I have brought my group to stay at this hotel 2 times and have had the best experience working with Group Sales (in particular Becca McClure). We had constant changes on our rooming list and she never blinked - always quick responses and so helpful! When the hotel was sold out and we needed more rooms, she checked cancellations daily and kept me updated as more rooms were available. As I work with hotels and Group Sales contacts regularly with my job (we have 2-3 events a weekend), the level of customer service at this hotel is bar none. I just wanted someone to know what a great job she is doing as well as the hotel staff. Even as our group checked in individually at sporadic times, the hotel staff got everyone where they needed to go. Thanks again - we will be back every year for our 2 cheerleading events in Lexington! UCA Loves Becca! January 21, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by to much money for the room me and my wife stay in this hotel, the check in is not until 3:00 pm, they charge 13 percent tax, our total for the room was 172.39 dollars, what? this is not by far a luxury hotel, never again. January 7, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Will be changing to 'no pets' in 2015 we were told. Have stayed here several times over the years and always had a great experience. But, since we travel with pets, we will have to find another place to stay in Lexington. Breakfast was great in the past, but we wanted to sleep late so went to First Watch close by and located a Wild Eggs, too. First night was unpleasant due to HVAC not working, but was fixed early the next day. Apparently plug was out or had to be reset. Would have been nice to know that at 2 AM. January 2, 2015
