Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome I had a great stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great take-out Sushi spot in the area across the road. The staff was magnificent. Dan, the maintenance supervisor and Laura, and the whole hotel staff were professional, curtious, and pleasant. Breakfast was well done. Laundry room was clean and easy to use. Laura the desk clerk and Dan, the maintenance director, are professional, friendly and committed to helping everyone with whatever they needed. The suite I was in was huge! It was very nicely appointed!!! Thanks to everyone! It was a great time in Lexington. I will stay here again. April 29, 2015

It can however be rather noisy on the ground room partly due to its layout with the rooms on a long wide corridor leading to the lounge/reception and also as the walls seem to be rather thin. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good location, nice place to stay I've stayed here several times in the past, generally after a day at Keeneland and only for 1 night per stay. I've always been completely satisfied with everything; however, on this particular trip (4/18/2015) I requested a late checkout and was denied for no specific reason. I simply called the front desk late that evening and asked if I could have a later checkout time to which the reply was simply "No." I then said I was only interested in an extra hour (12 noon instead of 11am) and received the same response at which point I ended the conversation. The only reason I was taken aback was because I've requested late checkouts at this specific hotel in previous stays and have always been met with a friendly, "Sure, what time did you have in mind? or Sure, could you be out by 1pm?." In any case, I found that a little discouraging. April 23, 2015
