Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Mistake at Check out The staff made an error and allowed another guest to check me out of my room. I understand the problem and don't have a good sollution. The result was that I was not prepared to leave the room and some personal belongings were removed from my room and not all of them returned. Management has yet to respond to the lost items or other remedies. They were helpful but did not follow through with the complete remedy. May 30, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by General Pillows are awful - lumpy. Thanks for stocking green tea. You need some healthy breakfast choices - at least get whole wheat bread (whole grain), not white wheat. Non-sugar cold cereal. Nothing else is healthy, except apples & bananas. Even the peanut butter has sugar & oil in it. Finally! The staff has begun to recognize me and greet me (I stay here a lot). We found the entire staff very friendly and courteous. While the location is very convenient to downtown, there are also restaurants and as well as a pharmacy within walking distance. We will definitely stay at this hotel whenever we visit Lexington. May 9, 2013
