Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Strange Experience Upon check in I informed the person checking me in I wanted to pay cash for my stay. She was having a hard time checking me in so she went to get the manager. The manager looked as if she was having a bad day. The manager told me inorder to pay cash for my one night stay I would have to pay for 3 nights cash up front. She informed me this was Holiday Inn company policy. I informed the manager I just stayed at this same hotel a month ago and payed cash for my stay with no problem and without having to pay cash for extra nights I am not staying on. Then she told me the policy just changed. If I paid with CC I would only have to pay for the night I will be staying. She even told me I could not pay cash and use the CC I had on file when I made the reservation for incidentals. I think this new policy is ridiculous. I get up to my room and the television remote did not work even when I replace the batteries. My key to the hotel gym did not work without me having to go to front desk to fix the card. The experience I had at this Holiday Inn was horrible which negated the wonderful experience I had here just a month ago when I stayed at this hotel. May 26, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great suite, comfortable bed and great service and staff I've stayed here before and actually stayed here when the lobby was being remodeled and the 1st floor was a "war zone" but this time everything was beautiful and quiet and the staff was great! I had a very productive two days of work in Lexington and my experience here was the icing on the cake. May 11, 2015
