Check-in was very quick. Room on 3rd floor was very clean. Hotel didn't seem extremely busy so it was very quiet in the room. We had a room with 2 double beds, plenty of room, big TV, good size bathroom. Only complaint is the elevator carpet was old, stained and had not been vacuumed and some of the carpet in other areas could stand updating.

WHAT A GREAT FACILITY. THE STAFF ARE TOP NOTCH, THE BREAKFAST WAS SUPERIOR, THE ROOM WAS IMMACULATE AND I WILL DEFINITELY BE STAYING HERE AGAIN. IN FACT, I ALREADY HAVE A RESERVATION FOR JUNE. IF I WAS TO RANK MY STAY ON A ONE TO TEN (1-10) BASIS, IT WAS AN ELEVEN (11)

P.S. THERE WERE SOME NOISY GUESTS BUT APPARENTLY THE STAFF HANDLED THE PROBLEM SINCE IT BECAME QUIET.

We had a wedding nearby and this HI Express was very accomodating to the six large families that stayed two nights. The staff was excellent and I felt the Mgt was very sincere at making all guests be comfortable, safe and relaxed. Our family was preparing flowers for the wedding and they staff let us use the conference roof for a couple of hours as a courtesy and at no cost. We certainly will stay here again and recommend HI Express to others. Thank you for helping make our stay so nice.

Everything worked, the room was comfortable, and the staff was polite..
The overnight guy was very friendly and made the stay memorable..
