Our initial room had two live small roaches, one on toilet and one on tv stand, and a dirty hand towel next to the bed. We then asked to change rooms. The next room was much better; however, the carpet in the hall was flooded. Our easy check in turned into a process. When we left to go to my daughters awards ceremony for competition dance, we got soaked with water. The leak was so bad when you walked it was like stepping into a puddle of water. So me and my fiancé went back to the room and changed our pants to dry ones. And I changed shoes and grabbed my daughter a dry pair of dance tights. We finally made it to the awards ceremony and missed it by five minutes. If our initial room had been clean, ready, and bug free we would have made it to her event in time. Half of the reason of competitive dance is the award ceremony. For the rest of our stay we had to roll our pants legs up and take off our shoes to leave the our room because the carpet in the hall was soaked.

I was disappointed by this HI Express. The breakfast was not what I would expect from HI Express. The AC controls did not work well.

Husband traveled all day just to get to the hotel at midnight and the person behind the desk had given his room away. I'm sure he made someone else happy and will give a great review. My husband travels 15 nights per month. Guess where he will no longer be staying?

We stopped on the way to Myrtle Beach and arrived around midnight. Wayne at the front desk was very accommodating and did a great job of welcoming us and making sure we had everything we needed. The customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend based on my experiences!

I was staying here during Masters week and when I checked in at 11:30pm, I noticed my reservation was made for the next night in error. Wayne at the front desk did a great job of handling the problem and finding a room for me at the same price. I was only in the hotel for 6 hours, but the customer service was excellent. This was the second time I stayed here and I would definitely recommend based on my experiences!

Quality room w/several food choices. Breakfast is adequate. Property is clean, quiet, and secure. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area.
