Ratting from the ice machine nearby was common and my family was awakened by an explicit intimate discussion in another room. Breakfast was mediocre and lighting was poor, but the noise factor was the main problem. June 24, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT SERVICE We drove 14 hours and were totally exhausted. When I checked in the clerk was very polite, everything was ready (including bottled water and a snack) and all we had to do was take in our luggage, shower and get a great night's rest. Our room was on the first floor close to the end door. He suggested us parking there to be closer to our room. This was very helpful as I am just 12 weeks post-op total knee replacement. The rest of the staff were equally friendly and very helpful. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this particular hotel and highly recommend this establishment! June 6, 2014

Seeing hotel staff pulling HVAC unit covers and cleaning them was a sign to me that the small things as well as big things are taken care of. The breakfast was of high quality. Really enjoyed the breakfast and was good to see was turkey sausage. Was a very relaxing experience and will stay there again when up visiting our son. Will hope to get the same room as before. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable quiet room with great guest services. Stayed here for two days week 1 April while attending the Master's. Room was very clean and quiet. People at front desk were friendly and helpful. Person working the breakfast area was polite and friendly as well. 50 minutes to Augusta National was a bonus too! Good restaurants in the neighbourhood and shopping close by as well. Overall was very happy with this hotel. WIll be back next year for the Master's as well! April 11, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Run Down Hotel The hotel is in need of many repairs! Our room had many broken items including the bed. We were told the pool was working only to find out it was down for maintenance. We were next to the kitchen and were woken up at 5am every morning and the staff would stand and talk by our door next to the kitchen at 5am. At night the meeting room was filled w/people party/dancing until after 12am. (across from our room) I'm not to happy and would not recomend this hotel and we have stay there before. April 4, 2014

There were a lot of dancers there for competion and she took care of everyone. Also the lady that took care of breakfast went way beyond trying to meet every one's needs. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Worn out dirty hotel! Won't recommend it to anyone. Light switch reminded me of typical dirty factory. The bathroom door was filthy as well. Overall a lousy experience. Very old place. The carpet was new but that didn't do much to improve the place. My customer who I was visiting recommended that we should not stay here! March 17, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor experience The room smelled tobacco. The hotel was noisy, there are seminars in the meetings rooms located in the middle of the corridors until late every night (2 am). During the breaks the participants are speaking & walking in the corridors regardless of the other people trying to sleep. I have been woken up more than 10 time in the week. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, the shower was awesome, changed linen daily, continental breakfast was very good and plenty to choose from. Perfect location with plenty of surrounding amenities. With the awesome southern hospitality we received, we have decided to stay there again on our return trip. February 27, 2014
