We have stayed here several times on our trips back and forth from MN to AZ. It is comfortable and easy access. The only thing that has not changed in all these years is the bathroom. The bedding has changed as well as other furnishings, lighting, etc. The counter in the bathroom is between knee and hip height. It is awkward for me to use and I am 5'5". My husband is 6'1" and he really has a hard time just brushing his teeth. The tile, tub. mirror were changed but the counter is a mystery. We also stay at other Holiday Inn Express Hotels and they have upgraded to the new taller counter height.
Breakfast is better here. They offer real cream and real butter.

Carpets in lobby r torn
No automatic doors to entry: think luggage and cold weather
Gym is dismal
Breakfast has very few options, milk was spoiled.
If u can find better option, avoid this place

This inn has started to show it's age. Room was comfortable, but the pool was not working. With the other choices in the area it's hard to come back.

The staff was friendly and prompt, they recognized me as a priority member and provided a bag with water and other things. Breakfast was good but the items were not replenished fast enough and fruits were not available during the first 15-25 minutes. The rooms were well maintained.

THIS WAS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AT A HOLIDAY INN PROPERTY. SHE REFUSED TO UPGRADE ME (PLATINUM) BECAUSE THEY ONLY DID THAT IN THE MORNINGS. SHE EMBARASSED ME IN FRONT OF MY WIFE AND RUINED OUT STAY. SHE CONTINUED TO BE RUDE AND SARCASTIC THE WHOLE TIME. IF IT HAD NOT BEEN SO LATE I WOULD HAVE LEFT.
OBVIOUSLY I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

The hot tub was broken and the room heater quit overnight. Informed front desk about the room heater. Based on the response I bet it is still broken.

this was the first ever time that take out containers where available and this good because it was a week-end for relaxing not for hurry hurry. thanks for a great stay.

I wanted to Thank the whole staff for a Great Stay. I had a group of friends and family going to Liberal, KS for the opening day of phesant season. The staff worked with me to make sure all of us were taken care of. The reservations were flawless and the rooms were Great. Thank you for a Great Stay.
