Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Electrically challenged When I checked in the receptionist said there was no television and when I left the next day there was still no television. But my air conditioner did the same thing. At breakfast the waffle maker was broken. Apparently if it runs on electricity these folks can't make it work. Too bad because the place was clean and the people friendly. But the no tv, air or waffles seemed like a string of disappointments. June 8, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Friendly We have stayed here several times on our trips back and forth from MN to AZ. It is comfortable and easy access. The only thing that has not changed in all these years is the bathroom. The bedding has changed as well as other furnishings, lighting, etc. The counter in the bathroom is between knee and hip height. It is awkward for me to use and I am 5'5". My husband is 6'1" and he really has a hard time just brushing his teeth. The tile, tub. mirror were changed but the counter is a mystery. We also stay at other Holiday Inn Express Hotels and they have upgraded to the new taller counter height. Breakfast is better here. They offer real cream and real butter. May 9, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff The staff was friendly and prompt, they recognized me as a priority member and provided a bag with water and other things. Breakfast was good but the items were not replenished fast enough and fruits were not available during the first 15-25 minutes. The rooms were well maintained. February 5, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by STAFF THIS WAS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AT A HOLIDAY INN PROPERTY. SHE REFUSED TO UPGRADE ME (PLATINUM) BECAUSE THEY ONLY DID THAT IN THE MORNINGS. SHE EMBARASSED ME IN FRONT OF MY WIFE AND RUINED OUT STAY. SHE CONTINUED TO BE RUDE AND SARCASTIC THE WHOLE TIME. IF IT HAD NOT BEEN SO LATE I WOULD HAVE LEFT. OBVIOUSLY I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. February 3, 2013
